Travelled with my partner and stayed 2 nights. The food was terrible. Never 2 rosette standard. We recommend if you do stay at this hotel that you eat else where.

Adderley Restaurant at the Lea Marston Hotel – Sutton ColdfieldThis is a fairly new restaurant in the Chapel Ash area of Wolverhampton which specialises in Modern British and classical French dishes. It is certainly one of the best restaurants in Wolverhampton as I have tried most if not all in the area. They pay a lot of attention to detail including provenance of their produce and the service has always been of the highest standard-I would definitely recommend this place wholeheartedly!
Banks Bistro – WolverhamptonI truly appreciate this place in Star City...I believe it is a family run restaurant and the owners of Shobhas take personal interest that is why they offer real good tasty food at very reasonable prices...can highly recommend it to any one for a quick bite. Jas..ha ha ha...
Shobhas – Erdington5* fantastic food. Best breakfast sandwich i have ever had! Please open on Sundays so I can order then too!! I had sausage, bacon and egg with onions and mushrooms on crusty white bread and it was beautiful!
Gordon Blue – Birmingham City CentreThe curry goat and rice fried dumpling make my mouth water the service was very good I recommend this little hide a way my next visit the jerk chicken or pork it look lovely
Karibbean Kitchen – HockleyThe cake there is fantastic.
Nata Cafe – Birmingham City CentreHad meal on Fathers Day service excellent and so was the food
The Fox And Anchor – WolverhamptonHad meal on Fathers Day service excellent and so was the food
The Fox And Anchor – WolverhamptonI would not recommend this pub to anyone! I booked this for a family function. What a let down............ Before I even turned up at the pub I was informed by one of my relative had been told that they had run out of beer! When I got there they had managed to borrow a barrel. Only 4 hours into my function they had run out of beer again. I was very angry as they did even have a lot of bottled beer.... In fact there fridges were totally empty. What a joke! I was told by the bar manager as they were independently owned they order beer on a day to day basis so which means they didn't take a lot of money the day before my function so they couldn't order any beer..... Can't believe that pubs actually run like this. - Only then did I realise that the buffet which I had paid a lot of money didn't even look like they had spent £50.00. Staff VERY rude, couldn't even apologise. Would not step foot back in this building. If you ask me it needs a whole new management team............ people that actually care.
Hobs Meadow – SolihullWe visited Zagora on Saturday night and had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely fantastic, my husband says this is the best meal he has ever had!! The service was first class and the belly dancer was great entertainment. When we go back to Birmingham we will definitely return to Zagora. Absolutely 100% fabulous!
Zagora – Birmingham City CentreScrummy and less then the price of other local establishments . No funny tummy after this food. And food is fresher and tastier. First Class.
Shahi Nan Kebab – Balti TriangleWent for the first time after being recommended. We go out as a group of 6 trying all types of food and mark our experiences and Jilabi got 60 out of 60 staff excellent food delicious overall experience superb keep up the the good work

Pizza Hut – Birmingham City CentreHaving dined at STIRLINGS many times I can highly recommend the place to all. The restaurant is cosy & stylish, the staff are always friendly, welcoming & attentive but above all the food is AMAZING! cooked to perfection, presented beautifully & fresh! All this & still reasonably priced! Book ahead tho as they're always booked-up! :)
Stirlings Bar Bistro – Birmingham City CentreI have visited Stirlings Bar/ Bistro on a number of occasions and have always been very pleased with the food, its a very relaxed environment with good food, well priced & the customer service is also very good.
Stirlings Bar Bistro – Birmingham City CentreAn absolutely top night out. Visited La Plancha last night for my friends 40th birthday. 10 of us in total & we all had a fantastic time, the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed (made me feel I was on my hols). We were served by Ellie & Breda both were delightful they pulled out all the stops to make the evening go smoothly. The food was exceptional as was the service, there was plenty of food for all. If you have a large party like we did you can ask about a package tailored to your requirements we had welcome drinks down stairs in the bar, the gourmet menu including desert (a must to try is Lumpy Bumpy) & 3 bottles of wine & soft drinks / water nothing is too much trouble . Highly recommend this restaurant I'll definitely be going back.
La Plancha Spanish Tapas and Cocktail Bar – MoseleySaturday 28th May 2011. Romantic meal for two. First time here and I was impressed. Style is fine dining and did not let us down. Attentive but non-invasive service, amuse-bouche and pre-desert included. smoked trout, caviar and crab starter, lamb main and cheese board were all yummy! Will definitely be back!
