Darjeeling Indian Cuisine – ShirleyWe went to one of the buffet evenings at the India Garden and found the food varied and extremely tasty. Highly recommend a visit.
India Garden – ErdingtonHearty, home-cooked food, prepared to order, using locally sourced produce wherever possible! Excellent value for money, all served by friendly staff! Well recommended!
The Harrier – TiptonI have been using the black country chip shop for many years (only chip shop I use due to the high quality and tasty food) and the food has always been fresh, piping hot and delicious, however today I got fish & chips twice and the fish was absolutely disgusting, as if it had been reheated from yesterday or something, the chips were still delicious but I will now be looking for a new chip shop, I must add this is the first time I am complaining about the food in over 10 years of eating from there!
The Black Country Chippy – TiptonVery friendly staff and an interesting menu. They did take an awfully long time in preparing the food, but when it arrived it was delicious.
Shimla Balti And Tandoori Restaurant – WalsallVery friendly staff and an interesting menu. They did take an awfully long time in preparing the food, but when it arrived it was delicious.
Shimla Balti And Tandoori Restaurant – Walsallthe best restaurant in the world. simply delicious
Shere Khan – ErdingtonLively and friendly place. Cosy surroundings , lovely delicious and hot food. a great selection of mains and desserts
Ming Moon Chinese Restaurant & Bar – Birmingham City CentreWARNING! Really poor food, slow delivery and even furthermore incorrect order. Even thought the order was incorrect they still charge you or threaten you with blacklist and take whole order away. NEVER again. Disgusting.
Istanbul Restaurant – CoventryHaving booked a table for last night (19th February) for ourselves and two friends I have been left utterly disappointed in this place. Turned up for a our pre-booked table only to be told that the chef was not working tonight as they had 2 private parties. Was told that there had been no bookings for Saturday night, which was clearly untrue. We were given a drink on the house but felt that the staff were not very forthcoming with accepting any blame and they also mentioned that it had happened to someone earlier. Not a very good impression and would 100% never go back there!
Stirlings Bar Bistro – Birmingham City Centreeverything you want in a restaurant, relaxed atmosphere, good food, great waiters and good value! bring your own wine so you can afford to drink champagne with your lovely meal for that extra special touch! brilliant!
Ponte Di Legno – MoseleyHighest quality food with first class service.
Ruby Cantonese – Sutton ColdfieldI have been this restaurant before. The staff in there can be more friendly. X
Ming Moon Chinese Restaurant & Bar – Birmingham City CentreNever again. Absolutely disgusting food. Needs food and hygiene to check the place out
Balti Society – SheldonGreat food. Really good atmosphere. Not the cheapest restaurant in the world but not overly expensive either. have been a couple of times now and the prices definitely reflect the quality of the ingredients as well as the great recipes and cooking. Would highly recommend!!!
La Banca – Stirchleythis restaurant is awful and dirty
Punjabi Haveli – Hall GreenA regular visitor, once a week since opening. Superb quality, excellent choice and very friendly smiley staff. Superbly managed. The prawn toasts are to die for,and those prawn crackers. wow.Interestingly paid a visit to Modern China last week.Oh dear, say no more. No comparison. To be offered prawn toasts they must have prawns in. Say no more. Buffet island reigns supreme. One point however, wish they could do a decent banana fritter. Keep up the excellent standards. Modern China not In the same league.
Buffet Island – Erdingtonwe went to the boldmere harvester restaurant on Thursday the 3rd of feb,for my brother-laws birthday, this was our third time there, the second time wasn't clean enough with food on the floor and the tables.I'm sorry to say the third time was much worse ,the food wasn't enough, cold and we didn't realise we had to pay separately for fish when we ordered surf and turf.I've put a comment on the harvester website stating this.I'm sorry to say i wouldn't recommend the harvester on boldmere road,it was a waste of £70 and a disappointing night, and wont be going there again.
