We booked a table for 5 for Sunday lunch and the service was excellent. The quality of the food was great and the beef was cooked to perfection. We coild not fault anything and will definately be returning.

We particularly like the specials as my partner is very much into seafood, fish and game. On this occasion he enjoyed the saddle of rabbit while my own steak was very nice and a good portion. On hearing it was my partners birthday they gave us an extra sweet that resembled a birthday cake presented with a chorus of happy birthday that was much appreciated. The Vine had made adjustments for the pandemic and we felt these worked well and we felt very safe eating there. We will certainly be returning in the future.

It was very busy, all the tables were full & the staff weren’t wearing face masks or keeping a safe distance, having eaten at other restaurants during the coronavirus outbreak who are taking a lot of safety measures, we did not feel safe at all.

The meal was beautiful, we chose the Game pie and the Roast Pheasant which was well prepared and very filling. Our waiting staff Mark aka the ‘ Mark Angel’ was a good laugh and Kia very attentive. Lovely atmosphere and would definitely go again.
