Coombe Hall – CoventryAmazing food / great vegetarian options and absolutely delicious. Bread with soup was basic will have been nice to have something rustic or brown … soup was very nice Friends had salmon .. the sauce might be better served in a gravy boat ! 2:4:1 offer … please keep it going .. service a little slow .. but just an observation as we will be visiting soon
The Red Lion – CoventryHad a meal 27th February. Lovely meal and great service. The pub is very cosy.
The Red Lion – CoventryWe enjoyed a lovely relaxed lunch. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was excellent and well presented, good to see some more unusual meals on the menu, nice change from the usual "run of the mill" pub food. My partner especially enjoyed the roast stuffed belly pork, and apple rum and raisin crumble. Cannot fault anything.
Vine Inn – StourbridgeFood was really good quality and served nice and hot. Service was excellent and we all enjoyed the experience.
The Red Lion – CoventryWe had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. Our server, Muheeth, provided excellent recommendations and made us feel incredibly welcome. His service was outstanding, and thanks to him, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent, with great flavours and high-quality ingredients. My friends and I felt the warmest of welcomes, and we would definitely come back again based on Muheeth’s exceptional service. Highly recommended!
Aqua Food and Mood – CoventryLovely dog friendly pub. The menu is always interesting and the specials board has a range of game and fish dishes. The staff are accommodating and friendly. The meal proportions are generous. We have never have a bad meal there & some of the dishes have been outstanding.
Vine Inn – StourbridgeWe visited the restaurant on a Sunday evening having not been there for a good few months. Sadly, the service was very slow (despite the restaurant only being half full) and the Sunday roast was mediocre. Luckily we knew where to find the specials board but the staff didn’t point this out to us. We might just have been unlucky but our experience this time was markedly different to many past visits to the Red Lion.
The Red Lion – CoventrySaturday lunch with friends, a lovely time was had by all. Food as always locally sourced where possible, cooked beautifully and imaginatively. Never disappointed when we leave forgot to say a good wine selection fairly priced. Give it a try you'll love it!
Vine Inn – StourbridgeExcellent as always thanks for another great night .
Da Gino – Sutton Coldfieldnever disappointing, one of our favorite places for food in clent. Simon and the team look after us so well.
Vine Inn – StourbridgeFabulous home cooked Sunday dinners. Service great.
The Red Lion – CoventryWe’ve been coming here regularly for many years and have always had top quality delicious food. A wonderful local pub, cosy, friendly & as far as dinner goes we can’t find better!
The Red Lion – CoventryDelicious food. Attentive staff. Pleasant ambiance. A special experience, recommend to anyone. Thank you, we will be back.
Aqua Food and Mood – CoventryWe had an amazing family meal to celebrate my early birthday on Saturday 22/2.. Excellent food choice and fabulous service. The restaurant was very warm and cosy. Big thank you to all the staff for a lovely night.
Da Gino – Sutton ColdfieldWe had a generally enjoyable experience, as the food was great as always. However, on our most recent visit, we encountered two young waiters who unfortunately did not meet the standards of The Vine and seemed more suited to a fast food environment. One of the waiters brought a slate to share between my wife and me but dropped some of the food from the slate onto the floor right beside the table. He saw it and left it there for the young woman to pick up. To make matters worse, the slate was incomplete with three ramekins, but only two contained anything. I took the slate back to the young woman and pointed out: firstly, if you drop part of a dish, it should not be brought to the table; it needs to go back to the kitchen. Secondly, it’s essential to check the dish before bringing it to the table, referring to the empty ramekin. After this, we had a change of waiter, and everything was perfect.
Vine Inn – StourbridgeDisappointed on the service last night. We were seated then forgot about, was while later when our food order was taken. No one mentioned the specials board on arrival. After our meal We asked for the dessert menu which arrived shortly after but then after waiting for 10 minutes or more we decided to leave after no one taking our order. Although staff walked past quite a few times. No one asked if the food was ok or even if we wanted another drink.
The Red Lion – CoventryHad such a lovely meal with my wife and 2 children!! Not even a pea left on a plate …. The food is delicious…. Booked in for in 2 weeks!! So good !!!!
