Thoroughly enjoyed our recent lunch at the Rising Moon. Bitterly cold outside but received a very warm welcome which was obviously a busy day for the two waiting staff. Lamb Henry was delicious, nice chunk of lamb and lovely mint gravy. Our party also had the Hunters Chicken and Fish and Chips, again these were said to be very good. The service was a little slow but didn’t bother us, it was busy and as I said only two waiting on who did a good job. Would definitely recommend the Rising Moon and will definitely be going back.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Offered a really nice window table and a drink at the bar before being seated. Atmosphere had a good vibe with background music being just that (background music) rather than so loud you can't hear the person sitting opposite like some city centre restaurants. Service was very good and all staff very attentive. The food was excellent. We will certainly book the next time we visit Manchester.

Amazing food which all 6 of us thoroughly enjoyed. The staff here are a credit to the owners, waiting staff are so good. One of our group are Gluten free and they brought GF bread out without her asking. Easy to book on line and lovely ambience inside. Easily one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester/Bury.
