Giorgios – Manchester City CentreBrilliant authentic Italian. Good food , lovely service , nice atmosphere. The early bird two course set menu is excellent value.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreBooked table online. Night out for 6 people. Great food! great service! Fab night out with friends! Not been for a while usually had the carvery but wanted to try the main menu. Great choice on menu and we were all really pleased with food.
Fairview Inn – RochdaleFood was really good and great value for money, excellent customer service definitely recommend it and will be going again soon to try out other dishes.
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreGreat food, great service and a really nice atmosphere. Also worth noting, happy hour and offers galore !
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreWonderful food, great service, great atmosphere. Excellent!
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreGood food, excellent value, pleasant service and great atmosphere. We were a party of six enjoying a meal after the OU graduation ceremony at The Bridgewater Hall. We all enjoyed ourselves and were glad that we had chosen Gios. The set menus offer excellent value for money with lots of choices and no compromise on quality. Just one point - the gelato was a bit disappointing. It was very sweet and a bit lacking in flavour. But overall, Gios is fab!
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreFrom friends who had been for breakfast and loved the food we decided to try the Evening meals. We booked a table for 7 pm when we arrived we were told it was a 45 min waiting time for food, Sadly we left as we felt 45 mins is a long time to ask customers to wait especially when we had booked a time ,
Fairview Inn – RochdaleAmazing service - fabulous quality of food - I was delayed in traffic - the staff held my table - I was still stuck in traffic and they allowed me to pre order my food so it was ready on arrival so I would not miss my theatre booking - fabulous service and will definitely return
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreFantastic is the best word to describe the experience. Loved the service and food. Might go back for desert as the food was so filling I could not eat another thing
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreAlways been a favourite of mine. Modern Chinese cooking in cool surroundings!
Sweet Mandarin – Northern QuarterHad a lovely brunch there with a good friend recently. Great menu choice, food was delicious & really nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend brunch at The George Charles.
The George Charles – DidsburyFirst time I have been back in awhile and, because it was a party of eight for Sunday lunch, thought I had better book! On-line booking was easy & worked well and we turned up on time for the reserved table. Although the staff were very busy, our waitress was excellent, sorting the baby chair & getting the drinks order in quick time. We all plumped for the carvery and trotted off to find three delicious roasts - this day was beef, lamb & turkey - and enough vegetables to sink a battleship. The quality of the food was first rate & I don't think anything was left on our plates (despite us having monster portions). Dessert was a little slow, but only one of us managed to totally finish the Eton Mess, another generous portion. Overall I would recommend the quality, quantity and excellent value for money and the great service from the staff....the only delay was paying the bill lol.
Fairview Inn – RochdaleHad breakfast very good choices I enjoyed the meal just two things to mention the bacon and the black pudding were over cooked and dry. But everything else was good would definitely go back again.
Fairview Inn – RochdaleWe dined Saturday evening. We were delayed in arriving and were half an hour late for our table. I called ahead. There was no problem with the management and staff. Service is exemplary and the food was very good quality indeed. We had olives and garlic bread first. We then shared a portion of meatballs, really good. For main course, we had Sea Bass veal, and pasta marinara all well presented and very tasty indeed. Didn’t have time or space for dessert. We have been before several times and will return again, no doubt. Ideally placed for pre theatre dining if you are going to the Palace Theatre or The Bridgewater Hall.
Giorgios – Manchester City CentreHighly recommend! Two of us went for dinner on Saturday, food was very tasty, reasonable prices, good selection of drinks and great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning with others in the near future.
Chakalaka – Manchester City CentreTip top restaurant! Great food and service
Fresca – SaddleworthExcellent Sunday lunch, nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and delicious food cooked to perfection - highly recommend!
