Tum Nuk Thai Restaurant – BoltonBeen to the Brinsop several times now and the food is always top notch. Recommend the Sunday roast, plentiful and great quality. Steak pudding best ever tasted with a good varied menu also good selection of guest beers.
The One, formerly The Brinsop – WesthoughtonExcellent food and service.Restaurant is clean and bright.Unfortunately marred by tobacco smoke drifting into restaurant from smokers congregating around the front doorway to the hotel.
The Bowden Restaurant – AltrinchamDined here as part of a function last week.the food was amazing.fresh.tasty..staff so nice.they have a salad bar which is a great addition to a spicy curry. I have been to loads of curry houses over the years and this really is up there.....went again tonight.just come back after having a fab meal. Some really good , original meals...not licenced so you can take exactly what you want to drink...lovely.
Cafe Lahore – OldhamBeen to Mr Ali's quite a few times now and not been disappointed and don't expect to be either.Service is polite, helpful and always just right.Food is great and the mango lassi is to die for. To summarise ... good food , good service and good prices ... what more do you want ?
Mr Ali’s – StockportBeen to this restaurant a few times and always had lovely food and great service and at a reasonable price. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and not too over the top. Definitely be going again very soon.
New Far Pavilion – Swintonthe BEST place to eat in the Trafford Centre! staff and management are FAB! me and my mother eat here all the time we go to the Trafford Centre! for us; this place: ROCKS! most touching moment was when my mother lost an earring and the manager went down on their hands and knees to look for it and I'm pleased to say; the earring was found and mum was extremely grateful! so, if you want a restaurant where the staff and management treat you like a kind, caring family; visit: Giraffe! you will not be disappointed!
Giraffe – Trafford CentreMy partner and ate at Jem & I for the first time last week. The food was wonderful, perfectly cooked, seasoned and spiced. My partners main course of monk fish was "The best meal I've ever had'. My mushroom risotto was also very good. We shared a sticky toffee pudding dessert and again it was beautiful in taste, texture, and presentation. Importantly no teaspoon of sauce here but a generous portion. Service was excellent.
Jem and I Bar and Grill – DidsburyAte here was lovely best fish chips where nice my girlfriend had a chicken kebab was top food and would go again spot on
Theo’s Fish and Chip – SaleThis was the first time we had visited this restaurant and what a brilliant birthday meal we enjoyed. Staff were so friendly ,service so attentive and the food perfect. We will certainly return in the near future
Sottovento – BoltonI went to Baci for my 50th birthday with my husband. This is our first visit. We had been recommended by friends who have been before. When we arrived (to early, as my husband had got mixed up with the time) it was not a problem. We sat next to the window at a table for two. We where given plenty of time to look at the menu. Our starters arrived and looked wonderful, well presented. They where also delicious! When the main arrived my husband said he wished he had ordered more potatoes and veg! I don't think he realised how big his plate and steak that he had ordered were! I had lasagne with peperoni.....it was absolutely fantastic! A friend from France had ordered a sweet for me (by phone), when I said we would just like an after dinner drink the staff came out with a sweet with a candle on and played 'Happy Birthday To Ya' by Stevie Wonder. I cannot fault this restaurant on anything. I have recommended it to friends and will most definitely be going again . Thank You Baci for making my 50th birthday a special day x
Baci Restaurant – BoltonWe had a great evening here, lovely steaks and a fab toffee banana dessert, we arrived in time to see the pianist which finished it of nicely. We will be going back!
The Grill On the Alley – Manchester City CentreIts a nice place - friendly staff and reasonable but not outstanding food. It was full on Friday night - while other equally good or better places were pretty empty. We'd go again as we live locally but there are better Middle Eastern places (Arian, Nectar and Turkish Delight for example in Chorlton)
Saray Cafe Bar – ChorltonWent to la lupa 10 3 2012, it was recommended to us. On first sight it looked good but was disappointed once inside. It just looked like a glorified cafe, the staff i thought were miserable and it was expensive, otherwise the food was gorgeous, garlic mushrooms best i've ever had.
La Lupa – StalybridgeWe go regularly to Rigalettos and we have never had any complaints the food is excellent and the staff really make you welcome. The choice of food is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for the staff
Rigalettos – WiganWe had the pleasure of dining at Saray on the second night of opening and we have taken family back there since. It is a very friendly and welcoming restaurant with plenty of elbow room between tables. The food is fresh, very tasty and very good value; I particularly like the 'melt-in-the-mouth' lamb casserole. The whole experience is a great introduction to middle-eastern cuisine. The service is attentive without being overbearing or patronising - just genuine hospitality. We will certainly be going back again.
Saray Cafe Bar – ChorltonWe have been to the Toby Inn about 6 times over the last 3 years. It has been a delight every time! The food it wonderful the service is just right.I honestly CAN NOT find fault with anything. Well just one thing.......You are too far away to walk to!!!!
Toby Inn – BoltonRecently visited this restaurant after hearing mixed comments from friends. What a pleasant surprise we had, the surroundings are lovely, the staff were very attentive but not over bearing the starters and main meals myself and my boyfriend had were delicious. However, and a slight negative note the desserts were still frozen (not major problem, just ate around the frozen part), and then about 9:30pm the staff disappeared we think to eat their evening meal and we were left trying to get the bill from anyone that would acknowledge us. Apart from this we would go back as the food was lovely but we'd just go earlier on in the evening..
