Double Tree Indian Restaurant – AltrinchamFor the most authentic Japanese flavours, the winner is far and away Yuzu, which was the only restaurant that made me think of Japan, of the people I knew there, and the restaurants in which we ate.
Yuzu – Manchester ChinatownThe lambs chops just are the best !!!
Turkish Delight – ChorltonTurkish Delight is at the top of my list as Turkish restaurants go in Chorlton. The menu is top notch and my friend and I could not wait to be seated, its a very popular place in Chorlton and well loved for the top food that is on every day of the week. TD is a fave place to be after work and the take away is fab, but as it was a special occasion , we spent it there celebrating, the meal was exquisite , we shared our starters, my friend had a medley of prawns that had us drooling and the same went for the vegetarian starters ! we opted for Lamb on a bed of onions and mushrooms - and was cooked to perfection. The service and value for money is amazing, and it shows, this family run business is in a niche of its own, and rightly so, its integrity and passion for food cannot be surpassed. It really is true to its name and certainly is a ' Turkish Delight'! Thanks for a great evening guys!!!!
Turkish Delight – ChorltonGreat place, dined twice this month & can't praise highly enough. Met Adam (manager) & Simon (chef) really genuine down=to=earth guys who actually seem to care, encourage feedback & want to succeed. Great food, top service, just what Manchester needs
Sole Seafood Restaurant & Bar – Manchester City CentreVisited this new Italian eatery a few times now and have basically fallen in love with the pizza... I know its all about the experience, decor and the welcome, but that for me just seems to be there every time I go in, but the pizza - wow! Is all I can say.If you are going to the Opera House, staying at the Hilton and fancy a change of restaurant, or are exhibiting at one of the exhibitions in Manchester, Per Tutti with its clean modern lines and decor, open kitchen fun atmosphere and simply, brilliant traditional Napoli pizza it is a winner. If you haven’t tried Per Tutti yet, it’s 50 yards down Liverpool Road, which is opposite The Hilton Hotel on Deansgate in Manchester . Enjoy
Per Tutti – Manchester City CentreMy Husband and I have visited Green's on a number of occasions and this restaurant never lets us down. Once again a fabulous visit, the menu choice was brilliant I almost couldn't make a decision. In the end I went for the red pepper and goats cheese pate which was served with the most delicious rye bread, my husband opted for the black pudding scotch egg which was also delicious, for mains we choose the Moroccan chick pea parcel and sausages and mash both of which were outstanding. Service and atmosphere both also great and at around £20 per head including our drinks it doesn't get much better than that!
Greens – DidsburyJust eaten at Pomegranate tonight, highlight has to be unbelievably tender lamb kebab! Great atmosphere, lovely decor, friendly waitress... Cant wait to go again.
Pomegranate Restaurant – DidsburyBrought Groupon Voucher, Drinks and food over priced, bland and staff unhelpful. Ordered a grilled chicken bento box and the waiter came back and said they only had the fried chicken (meaning the chicken is not battered fresh more likely frozen). As the grilled chicken was unavailable the waiter offered the fried instead when it came the batter was a dark red brown colour an over fried, inside the chicken was tasteless and jelly like and the curry sauce it was in was gelatinous goop. The bento box comes with green beans or some vegetables mine arrived with iceberg lettuce leaves, I questioned the waiter and he said that lettuce is vegetables. He agreed to bring some vegetables and came back with a salad of cucumber, tomatoes, and onions. I asked him have you any vegetables he said the green beans were not in season (you can get them in the supermarket all year). Cutting the story short I left without eating or paying!
Ichiban Noodle Rice and Grill – Rusholmei am writing about a buffet i had on 15 Jan i can not believe how bad this was for £15 pound a head, the manger was so rouged,i will not be coming here a gain.it was bad enough as it was my nephew leaving do,i do a lot of buffets and will tell people to not book there buffet at your restaurant. i have a lot of contacts thought my businesses
7 of us went for a birthday meal, nice atmosphere and food came out very quickly (almost too quick!). We each ordered a different dish and the food was fabulous, full of flavour, different textures and healthy sized portions too. Although the duck was a little too fatty. All in all will definitely be returning.
Chaophraya – Manchester City Centrewow,we went here after shopping, fabulous so good lots to choose from great quality & service. My 10 yr old son made up as next to Man City player!
Bem Brasil Deansgate – Manchester City Centre13th January 2012. You will think of the excellent, authentic Italian food you had on your last Italian holiday when you visit this restaurant. Lots of choice of genuine Italian food on the menu. Quiet relaxing music so that you can chat to your partner. No rushing around and fussing. The out of town location made me question my choice of restaurant, but once we were through the door I was impressed. The early offer of two courses from the main menu for £8.50 impressed me even more! R. Greenhalgh.
Due Fratelli – ChorltonI've visited many restaurants over the past 40years and I can say I know good food , but since Going back to wayfarer this last six months I've never been away, the menu is excellent and the food is excellent and well presented and been recommending the wayfarer to all my friends they to have visited and all have been impressed
Wayfarer Restaurant – WiganWent to Rozafa last night for 2 birthdays. We were a party of 7 and have been to Rozafa in Stockport and had lovely meals there so were really looking forward to the evening. Most of us had starters and mains but 3 of us opted for the mega mezze which was absolutely spectacular! A vast array of dips, stews and kebabs were brought to the table and they were all excellent. The meats in the stews and kebabs were very tender and tasty, unfortunately we had no room for desserts but we will return very soon!
Rozafa – Manchester City Centreexcellent service, great value for money, staff are great, friendly
Ruposhi Indian Restaurant – BuryI can't believe it's 2 yrs since the last review of this superb venue, which allows you to park right outside the door for free (It's £6 one mile away in chinatown + trying to find a parking spot, errr, no contest) There was a special 50% off banquet for £13.50, which included crispy shredded duck & about 5 main courses as there were 4 of us (NOT available at the moment Dec2011-Jan2012) but we will be returning anyway this month. Staff/Venue/Location/Value for money all superb. The bonus in the day is that you can also spend some time wondering around the isles of the Wing Yip Supermarket on the ground floor, again highly recommended. Go on, make an afternoon of it, we did & we will be doing it again...
