Great food and service as always, best chicken tikka in bolton
Lagan – BoltonLovely wine!!!! Great selection of drinks! I am very obsessive when it comes to bathroom cleanliness, I love this place!!!! There is actual hot water and nice hand soap, there's also hand cream AND dryers that actually dry your hands quickly :):):):):):):):) wahey!! Nice comfy Seats or sofas and when iv done (and insanely failed) the pub quiz the organisers have been lovely x
The Midway – Stockporti have in qila khyber,i would say that if u like natural and real taste u should go there.food was nice and cheap l ate chicken tawa
Qila Khyber – Manchester City CentreExcellent selections on the menu, great atmosphere and very comfortable, unfortunately although the starter of soup tasted very good i had to send it back because it was cold but it was promptly replaced by a very hot one, but then, my steak was served also cold. The dessert was delicious and hot but it didn't make up for the 2 previous courses
Fairfield Arms – AudenshawI'm not sure what the 'a la carte' meals are like, but I have just left this place feeling conned!!Had a buffet £14.00 a head. (They were very reasonable and said if you're expecting 60, pay for 50, there'll be plenty)1/ there wasn't enough to feed 30 never mind 50!!2/ That doesn't even take into account that the food was, borderline, inedible to anything other than a McDonalds/KFC palate, a lasagne in which the meat appeared to be gravel boiled up with an oxo cube, no sauce whatsoever and pasta which screamed Lidl value range!!! Rememeber this was a buffet; your only other option to eat was chips, seriously this horrendous excuse for a lasagne was the only 'dish' available.3/ Garlic. if you like garlic and don't mind it hiding the fact that the other things you're eating have no flavour whatsoever, and are (sorry for the language) shit, you'll love this place. The whole room stank like a French Arab's fart.4/ Vodka and Lemonade, Gin and Tonic, 1 and a half pints of lager £21.00 are we paying for the skill of the bar staff as well? This was my nephews 21st and I left as soon as I could.Don't go, just don't go, EVER. Bollocks to awards, nowhere who had any pride in their produce would have served up that shit and I mean SHIT.
The Waterside – Littleboroughgood food lovely friendly staff warm welcome excellent beer
Eagle and Child – WiganVisited this restaurant/ take-away yesterday with my mother. Although my mother and I are both vegetarians we found the choice of cuisine minimal. We both ordered the thali and were very disappointed with the food that arrived. It was very bland and dull. For vegetarian meals it was too expensive. Also the owners of the restaurant were constantly watching as we ate. We were then shoked to see two rats come out of the outside door to the kitchen as we left the premises. Avoid at all costs!
Lily’s Vegetarian Indian Cuisine – Ashton Under LyneSimply delicious food, generous portions and good value. Would recommend to all - go and try it for yourself! We'll be back, often.
Saray Cafe Bar – ChorltonEvening visit for a drink, first time since it reopened. Seems to run for the benefit of the bar staff and their mates. Poor service and short pints. Tables left for ages with empty glasses and crisp packets. TV set blaring everywhere but nobody watching them.
The Moorfield – SaleI am a local at Croma's in Chortlon. The starters and Pizza's are tasty, the service is excellent. The vouchers they have now & again for a free pizza or bottle of wine is fantastic! I can't keep away from the place ...
Croma – Chorltonjust to say thank you all for a great meal my friends and i had today we was from shepway court in winton shelby our manager booked it what a lovely place and the staff fantastic overall a very very good day just to warn you we will be back xx
The Owls At Standish – WiganLovely restaurant. The food was delicious, the restaurant had a great atmosphere, an open kitchen and friendly staff.
Istanbul Grill – PrestwichDined at Giovanni's last night before going to The Bridgewater Hall. It was the beginning of a lovely evening, just a short walk from the theatre. We booked for 5pm (perhaps a little early) but by 5:30 there was a queue for tables. It is a great place with a buzz about it. The food was lovely, wine super and service excellent. My husband had crab and prawn avocado starter followed by veal in a wine and cream sauce-- delicious. I started with the king prawns in a garlic and chilli sauce, followed by the monkfish rolled in proscuitto ham,--excellent. The starters needed garlic bread or just plain bread as an accompaniment.. We finished the excellent meal with coffee. We shall certainly go again and would unreservedly recommend this restaurant but do book and go early!
Giovannis – Manchester City CentreThis is bar none the best curry house ever the food is brilliant
Mr Ali’s – StockportWent there for the first time during the monster munchie celebrations and had excellent food, service and ambience.also went during Christmas and the festive menu was fabulous. A truly great Chinese restaurant with fab tasty food and good friendly service! Five stars!!
The China Room – Westhoughton2 friends and I dined at China room on 21:2:12 and had the set menu, 3 courses and coffee. Good value, good food and a clean and welcoming environment, Staff were attentive and efficient. Would definitely go again.
The China Room – WesthoughtonWe had a gorgeous meal and service at first was great. We then found paper in one of the dishes so we told the waiter. A manager came over and found the situation quite amusing! All he could do was offer us another dish to replace this, and laughed along with the waiter. After taking this up with management after, nothing came of it, but a short blunt apology by email.
Akbars – Manchester City Centrei visited with my son and young granddaughter early door , the staff and food was fantastic , i was so full and the fact you can order more of something you had never tried before and found you loved was great , deff going again
