Original Third Eye, The – DidsburyGreat place for steaks although on my visit the lamb ordered by my friend was cooked outside and not inside our starter of pumpkin soup was lovely although we found the wine menu expensive. It? a great place for a visit with Argentinean themes and saddle bar stools also t?s good to be able to see food being cooked which adds to the ambience of the place all in all not bad
Gaucho – Manchester City CentreWe are regular visitors to this friendly establishment. It is nice to have such authentic cuisine in our city. recommended for children ...we take ours regularly and they are well looked after
Petra – RusholmeExcellent food & a great setting. Will certainly be going again!
Rigbye Arms Country Inn and Bistro – WiganVisited here with my husband and 2 children 18/9/04. It was very busy but all the staff were very polite and nothing was too much bother. They made a fuss over my children who were in their element. Can't wait to return.
Gio Ristorante – Manchester City CentreGo on a Friday night if you like cool jazz. The atmosphere is terrific.
Stock Restaurant – Manchester City CentreHaving spent a great deal of time in Spain I found the food very authentic and very well priced, Wine list could do with a few more selections but thats just me
Viva Espana – HorwichReally nice food, and the staff are brilliant. If you take someone for the first time and make sure they get the "special chicken" you'll get a sample of their sense of humour!
Spicy Hut – RusholmeAlthough the food was very good as was the ambience, the staff were over attentive which ruined the evening. It was hard to have a conversation or enjoy the night when the staff were waiting in the wings for my glass to be less than half full to top it up. We felt we were being rushed and weren? able to relax. In spite of this the meal was very nice.
Chinese Delight Restaurant – BoltonMy favourite city centre Italian for some time. Traditional decor and atmosphere, intimate (though make sure you ask for a table downstairs, not upstairs which is rather barren), and superb food. The steak in particular is HIGHLY recommended. The service has been getting worse with each visit recently though. Forgot my starter and wine and very slow with each course. I will still be back for the steak though!
Giovannis – Manchester City Centrevery nice indeed. Definitely planning to go back to sample more of the dishes.
San Giovanni – UrmstonVery nice service. Nice surroundings. Everyone? food, both starters and main courses were excellent without exception, which cannot always be said in all restaurants. Very authentic.
San Giovanni – UrmstonWhat a fab restaurant. I'm lucky enough to visit about once a month and am never disappointed. A truly Italian feel with superb food, wine and impeccable friendly service. Great for the family, a group of friends yet intimate enough for a romantic dinner. Can't recommend it highly enough, Try it and trust me you'll love it!!
Giovannis – Manchester City CentreSmall Restaurant with a great atmosphere and very good food. Well worth a visit.
Chez Nous Bistro – SaleHaving experienced nearly every Indian restaurant in Manchester, I was overwhelmed by the quality of food and service in this establishment. This was a long established restaurant from the 1970's with excellent surroundings and atmosphere. This restaurant has always been a family run business with an amazing choice in the menu.
Sadagar Balti Restaurant – CheadleDined on a busy Saturday night, ate the scallop starter with a well complimented Louisiana dressing and had a superb pink lamb rack with a rosti potato and ratatouille. Very busy and surprisingly unfussed and smooth service considering. Will definitely visit again
Francs Restaurant – AltrinchamNice food, friendly staff, busy, good atmosphere.
Little Yang Sing – Manchester City CentreI've only had takeaway from here, but it was a really pleasant surprise to discover how tasty and varied the menu was - I always thought it was a real kebab & chips place, but the mezze were superb - yoghurt & carrots mmmm, tabbouleh mmm ... - and provide a high-quality takeaway experience for Chorlton dwellers.
