A very good and popular italian with a relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. The kind of place you could stay all night (if there weren't a queue waiting for tables....) Only down side is there is nowhere to escape smokers. Certainly my favourite place to eat out without any pretence. Specials board is good, but I can never resist the pizza 'pastie' calzone which is excellent (I'm such a peasant...) If there is a birthday, everybody will join in with the sing-song - you know you're with a happy and comfortable clientele when people do that sort of thing. Not for the claustrophobic amongst you.
