£3 Million Refurb Complete At Bolton’s Last Drop Village Hotel

The Last Drop Village Hotel and Spa at Bromley Cross, overlooking Bolton on the edge of the West Pennine Moors, has reached the end of a £3 million refurbishment programme put in place by The Emerson Group after the hotel’s acquisition in December 2015. The extensive grounds and gardens have been landscaped and as you make your way up the tree-lined driveway, the new grand entrance is the focal point for your arrival with a dedicated accessible entrance.

The reception has been opened up, creating an accessible walkway through to the Courtyard Bar, Courtyard Restaurant and Courtyard Bedrooms. A new purpose-built, raised-bar decking area has created extra seating for the Courtyard Bar and makes for a great destination for al fresco dining or drinks.

A complete refurbishment of all 131 bedrooms has seen the installation of new Hypnos beds, 42” HD TVs, new décor, bedding, furniture, curtains and carpets throughout. And a selection of bathrooms in the Courtyard bedrooms have been altered creating walk-in showers for accessible use. The extensive banqueting and conference suites and The Village Spa have also been upgraded.
