Belfry Steakhouse, Derby – Premium Steaks In Historic Surroundings
The Belfry Steakhouse is a new opening in one of Derby’s most historic buildings, The Old Bell Hotel in the Cathedral Quarter, a former coaching inn which dates back to 1650. The new restaurant is in a part of the building that hasn’t seen the light of day for the last 30 years and as well as three intimate steak rooms there is a bar area where you can enjoy a drink.
Steaks are locally sourced, aged for 32 days and prepared in a Josper Oven. To accompany the various cuts there is a selection of sauces, rubs and butters as well as lobster, fish, chicken and vegetarian dishes and a range of tasty desserts.
