Cuzina, West Bridgford – Modern Greek Tapas

This site in West Bridgford was home to Pappa’s Greek restaurant for 32 years. Now, after a brief interregnum as an Indian restaurant, son Nick Procopious has opened Cuzina, a stylish new venue serving modern Greek tapas dishes. “It’s the way Greek people really eat,” says Nick.
