Gaucho, Birmingham – The Seven Year Itch

It’s been a while but seven years on from their last UK opening, Gaucho are unveiling a new 120-seater venue at Birmingham’s iconic 55 Colmore Row development. Set to open on May 8, it will offer all the Gaucho trademarks – beef imported direct from the Argentine Pampas, a fabulous selection of Argentinian wines, signature cocktails and an uber-glamorous venue. The new Brummie Gaucho will join 12 London outlets, branches in Leeds, Manchester, Dubai, Hong Kong and – taking coals to Newcastle – Sucre in Buenos Aires.
