Horto, Rudding Park

Horto (literally ‘kitchen garden’ in Latin) started life as a pop-up restaurant in the grounds of Harrogate’s Rudding Park Hotel, showcasing the skills of chef Murray Wilson. Well the pop-up is very much here to stay – awarded three AA rosettes for 2017-2018 and now a permanent fixture of Rudding Park’s new state-of-the-art spa. Take a look at the Horto food journey:
