The Manor House, Lindley – Restored Georgian Residence
The Manor House in Lindley, near Huddersfield, is now fully open after a £4.5 million restoration programme. The Georgian manor, formerly a mill owner’s residence and then a children’s home, has been given a new lease of life as an 11-bedroom restaurant with rooms and the last pieces in the jigsaw were the addition of The Studio and The Kitchen.
Yorkshire's newest luxury boutique hotel boasts two restaurants, three bars (including a rooftop terrace) and the Coach House – a wedding and events venue which has expanded its remit to include an onsite class-based gym and casual dining facility.
The Kitchen which opens from 6.30am to 7pm offers a range of casual dining with a focus on health and wellbeing while The Studio provides a variety of instructor-led classes such as yoga, kettlebells and HIIT. Commencing 22nd September, the Manor House will also be hosting runs from the venue around the local area and between the 10th and 19th September Manor House will be offering the opportunity for people to try the classes for free.
