Funky, quirky and informal, Ubagene is a self-styled ‘smokery, grillery and bakery’ in Poynton. Owner Karl Bittner is an experienced chef whose menus are inspired by American street food. There’s a bar at ground level, a restaurant above and food is served right through from breakfast til late. Craft beers, wines and cocktails too.
