i think its very great
Blue Sky Cantonese Restaurant – BradfordThe buffet meal is fairly average, but the service was OK and the restaurant itself is pleasant. The takeaways from here are generally good although there is a tendency for different dishes to be cooked in the same generic sauce.
Kings Cantonese Restaurant – BradfordIf you like to take your time over meals in a slow relaxed atmosphere then this may not be for you. If, however, you want to taste the best curries in the world together with a fantastic range of starters, dips and Naan breads then this is definitely the place for you. The liver Tikka and Massala fish starters are especially tasty. One teensy criticism. Last time I went the traditional Indian music had been replaced by chart music which I thought detracted from the overall feel of the place. But overall, good value, friendly service, great curries and the wine selection isn't bad either.
Akbars Balti Restaurant – BradfordI have used habibs for 4 years very often (1 - 2 times a week) It's great
Habibs – BradfordGreat food, ok service and good atmosphere
Stansfield Arms – BradfordVery Clean pub. With a great atmosphere. Well trained staff who are happy and friendly.
George and Dragon – BradfordVery authentic - no cutlery - but great food and good fun. Welcoming staff.
Sweet Centre Restaurant – BradfordGood Chinese restaurant. Food is all really fresh and cooked nicely. Sometimes rare to get good meat in a Chinese but the RE obviously choose their suppliers well.
Royal Eastern – BradfordBeen to Omar Khans early on a Saturday evening as its nicely situated if you've been to a matinee at the Alhambra. Good portion sizes and the food was good.
Omar Khans – BradfordHave been to Habibs at a number of weekday lunchtimes where they offer a self serve buffet as well as a la carte menu. The buffet offers exceptional value and high quality food with good choice. The restaurant is not licensed.
Habibs – BradfordBeen to Akbars a couple of times and the long wait for tables is testament to its popularity. That said I prefer some of the others in the area. Akbars is very brash and glitzy, hurried, and 'modern' though the food is alright. Food and interior lack the homely quality of some other restaurants.
Akbars Balti Restaurant – BradfordGood food badly let down by slow and poor service.
Stansfield Arms – Bradfordexcellent 2-4-1 food. go there all the time. brilliant
George and Dragon – BradfordI have been going to Mamma's for quite some years firstly with my parents and now with my husband. He proposed to me here and Nella and Giovanni (the proprietors) were guests at our wedding. The food is gorgeous and very well priced. The service is very friendly and one of the better Italian restaurants in the area.
Mamma Mia – BradfordHaving been to this restaurant many, many times, we still find ourselves going back for birthdays and other special occasions, the eat all you can buffet is excellent and it is extremely child friendly. The food is always of a great standard, and the service is excellent with lovely friendly staff. Saturday nights are finished off with a D.J and a dance floor, so a good all round place and would definitely recommend to anyone!
Blue Sky Cantonese Restaurant – BradfordA half hour journey from where I live, but well worth the effort for the excellent quality of food and friendly service we receive. We dine there at least once a week. Take your own drinks is a plus.
Balti House Restaurant – BradfordI have eaten in the restaurant numerous times and it has never disappointed. From banquets to intimate meals for two, this is an excellent restaurant . There is also a take away attached which is as yummy as the restaurant but without the staff to do the washing up! Fab.
Royal Eastern – BradfordI LOVE this place and eat here very regularly having the good fortune to live quite close by. The food is cooked by award winning chefs and their pies are legendary. Best to choose from the specials board for really unusual fare and true specialities and the atmosphere is always better in the bar section than in the restaurant area which can seem a little cold and dull when not at its busiest. Guess the smokers are more of a rowdy lot! I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion.
Ring O’Bells – Bradford
