Lovely food, and a nice atmosphere. Very good restaurant, and good prices, too.

Lovely food, and a nice atmosphere. Very good restaurant, and good prices, too.
Tarantella – Weston Super MareTo the Bengal spice in williton I would recommend to everyone as the staff are very friendly and polite and have always found the food to be of a high standard
Bengal Spice The – TauntonWhat an amazing place! The food is excellent with a season menu. Great selection of wines and not a bad price for an excellent restaurant. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone
Mon Plaisir – ClevedonA great little place, fab food, really friendly staff, will definitely be returning. It is possible to miss it, looks so small from outside, so make a point of looking for it and go there. Go on, spoil yourself, it'll be worth it.
Kebab House The – Bristol City CentreWe visited Tootsies on a Saturday afternoon after a few park street cocktails. We expected to find pub style food as the menu and appearance would suggest but we were pleasantly surprised to find very well presented and tasty food, including the biggest burger we've ever seen! Great cocktails and smoothies too, lovely with vodka!
Gourmet Burger Kitchen – Bristol City CentreUninspiring curry, fine if you want a basic curry, but don't expect magic.
Ahmed’s Curry Cafe – Bristol City CentreThe Chinese food here is good for Bristol (and believe me with a Chinese partner I have tried all the main ones in Bristol). The best in Bristol, by the way, is the Mayflower. If you can read the Chinese only part of the menu then you will be in for a real treat because it is so authentic the restaurant actually serves mostly Chinese restaurant owners (a secret you should know is that most Chinese restaurant owners in the UK have not been trained to cook in China and the food they serve to British customers bares no resemblance to anything they would eat themselves). If you can't read the Chinese then you can still order all the usual dishes you see elsewhere, but these are not as authentic. The best treat is the dim sum.
Dynasty – Bristol City CentrePizzas are the main fare here, freshly made they are quite good. You are paying here for the ambience, this is the perfect location for a date that will lead on to a night out on the waterfront. Don't travel here for the food though, good house wine.
Firehouse Rotisserie – Bristol City CentreLovely Food. Friendly staff. Nice for a special occasion. Not pricey at all.
Captains Cabin – Weston Super MareA wonderful secret in an unexpected part of town. Don't tell anyone else, just keep it between us!
Lotus Flower – TauntonAn excellent meal with lovely staff. The tables are slightly too small to fit everything on, or my fiancé and I had ordered too much! A very romantic relaxed meal, we were the last to leave and the manager even made our desserts as the chef had left. They were very accommodating!
Cafe Rouge – Bristol City CentreWhen I first stepped into this restaurant, I was amazed by its unique interior. Overlooking the river side, it was the best place to sit down, relax and have a meal. Food is FANTASTIC! Absolutely worth a trip to taste its exceptionally high culinary standards. Service is also outstanding. It is definitely a wonderful dining experience, worth every penny spent and definitely going there again! I highly recommend it!
Riverstation – Bristol City CentreWe have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed
Blue Ocean – Weston Super MareHas maintained an excellent quality, with good fresh ingredients since starting up over 10 years ago. They have a particularly good and imaginative vegetarian menu. Take-aways are also very good, with very reasonable prices.
Lotus Flower – TauntonExcellent food and service. Bit noisy if you want a romantic meal for two. Used my Invitation card and got 25% off. They didn't stamp the card so can go again.
Bar Celona – KingswoodRelaxed dining, good meal and good value for money. Very clean, especially the loo ALWAYS a good sign of their standard of hygiene. Highly Recommend
Saigon – Weston Super MareI admit to not having to McC's for a while, but was a regular from day one. No one has written, so..... as I am assured that quality has not changed since I left (Northern Cyprus, via Australia), I had to say it was the BEST place in town AND smoke free! Very important to us health conscious folk. Long live Micawbers!
Mr Micawbers – MineheadGorgeous food and very helpful staff. Attention to detail is very much the name of the game here. The lunchtime special is incredibly good value as well.
