a really friendly place, with fresh home cooked food. Brilliant for meeting new people. Lunchtime food only, they only serve snacks in the evening when it is more bar than bistro.

Central Bar – BathVisit and enjoy, the new owner is a fantastic person and very likable, he will go out of his way to please you. Enjoyed my time there very very much.
Kings Head The – WellsAll the waiters are very friendly. This is very busy restaurant, so make sure you book earlier. Manager is very friendly helpful
Cinnamon – KeynshamI would definitely recommend this place - lovely food and fantastic service. We had our booking cancelled by another restaurant and they accommodated 10 of us - saved the first night of my hen do!!
Martini – BathA great atmosphere...a buzzing cafe lounge by day...a romantic cosy restaurant bar by night...great staff...great food...and a bonus pub quiz every other Sunday...perfect!
Porto Lounge – Staple HillFantastic Curry's,the best I have had yet. It's very inexpensive if you take advantage of the 'happy hour' or (try the Korai)! Thank you Ahmed !
Ahmed’s Curry Cafe – Bristol City CentreIhave been to many takeaways like this , but! this was by far the best. Great food at good prices. (great steak 10/10).
Steves Fish Restaurant – Shepton MalletMy Chicken Dupiaza Madras takeaway is always a goody and a free Bombay Potato every time! Yes Jardish it's Dave
Curry Supreme – Bristol City CentreIf I a have a visit to Bath this is my first choice. Every time its exceptional.
Martini – BathReally good atmosphere with good food - the only thing I would say is that it doesn't perhaps have the variety that other places have to cater to lots of different tastes. However if you like Italian food it's probably fine. But the food is really really good. Staff always seem nice and I have eaten there a few times now with no complaints.
Strada – CliftonI loved Las Iguanas. Food was great with a good selection of dishes and also a few unusual ones thrown in there. Cocktails excellent - especially if you order in happy hour (before 7 or 7.30 I think), although the only snag is that to get one free you have to order 2 of the same type. The staff have always been really good and helpful with me and generally upbeat and amusing at times. They play great music to suit the feel of the place and it feels really relaxed. I'd really recommend it.
Las Iguanas – Bristol City Centregood restaurant
Wincanton Tandoori – WincantonI heard lots of recommendations from friends and work colleagues about this place, and I would have to say, it's ok, the food is fairly nice but I wouldn't rave about it. I think the actual place needs to be done up a bit (it's not awful just some bits are shabby) to make it feel nicer and add to the atmosphere. I'm surprised they haven't made it feel nicer than it does as it would be relatively simple. The staff were again ok, I wouldn't say amazing - we had to ask for our bill a few times and wait quite a while for it whilst they chatted and shut down the bar etc which is fine, however you'd just think they'd deal with the customers if they wanted to get off home. Food was good - I have had better Mexicans. However I have heard from several people at work that it's the best Mexican they've ever had - so differing opinions! There wasn't a huge range of cocktails and the one I had wasn't especially nice compared to the same cocktail I've had elsewhere.
Casa Mexicana – Bristol City CentreWe visited the Burcott Inn on 12 July 07 following a recommendation from my parents. The food was very good - very tasty rump steak. Staff were very friendly and made our visit very pleasant. Prices were good for the standard of food - we would be happy to return.
Burcott Inn – WellsHave eaten hear many times and don't intend to stop. The best restaurant in Clevedon without a shadow of a doubt. The food is well thought out and cooked to perfection, the service is first class and you are always made to feel welcome when you walk in. Always busy, and to me that says alot. It shows that people return time after time. Simon, the owner obviously has a passion for what he does and that shows in the perfectly ran establishment that he owns. If you have never visited, its an absolute must! FANTASTIC
Mon Plaisir – ClevedonOne of the nicest restaurants in Somerset- food was beautifully presented and tasted authentic, lovely area outside under grape vines and atmospheric inside.
Tongdam Thai Restaurant – MineheadI think Zio is the best Italian restaurant in Bristol. Being a vegetarian I still enjoy eating the lovely food made by Chef Kapoor and the staff are also amazing and very friendy. The owners are also very nice. I think whenever we think of Italian food, Zio is the only best place to eat.
Zio – CliftonI come from this area and now live in France, each time I go back to visit I would always eat at the Upton Inn, it is just superb I give it 5 stars not only for food but for quality, surroundings, friendliness, and cleanliness
