Service was terrible. We waited nearly 50 mins for food. The table wasn’t cleaned, it was full of salt. Food came and the crispy chicken was burnt. Table service was poor.

Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyBooked a table on line, nice easy process, staff were efficient and friendly on arrival, had a bit of a long wait for the food but boy was it worth it. Best roast dinner we've had in a long time. Definitely worth a visit.
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyFriendly staff, great food, all enjoyed Saturday made extra special with a bouncy castle that the kids loved. Thank you
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyCame for a meal day before we went away, the food was really good and tasty. The service was great and the staff were really polite and helpful. All the food was reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyA wedding was on at the same time. Service was slower than normals The food - some of it were cold and felt like it was rushed or warmed because the priority was the wedding. My friend and I, felt immediately sick after eating the tapas. We couldn’t wait to get out of there to be honest. The fire alarm went off twice and took forever for someone to turn it off both times. I am let down this time, usually I love the food and service.
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyWe booked via the website which is a straightforward process. We arrived to a very busy restaurant/pub but it was St Patrick’s Day. The staff were friendly and efficient and regularly checked on us. The food was ok, they did forget a sauce but not a massive issue. It’s not bad value for money, we will try it again.
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyWe celebrated our granddaughter 's 18th birthday . The food was good and enjoyed by all. They even had a selection of gluten free food. The staff were nice and had the time for us. Everyone ( 19in all) thoroughly enjoyed their time at Finsly Gate Wharf.
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyFood was really good and great value for money. The children’s menu was a hit steak and chips are a favourite for my 9 yr old .

Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyVery nice place indeed with great service. Food was good and there was a relaxed atmosphere. A welcoming log fire and big screen sports. A separate dining area which was perfect for our small get together. Will visit again soon thank you
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyFriendly family atmosphere - great staff - always good food
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyI booked a table for 10 people and a toddler for 10 Dec as a celebratory meal with family after scattering my father's ashes in Burnley. (We now live in Devon). The restaurant was very welcoming, spacious and cosy. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it! Waitress service was very good. I would recommend and will visit again when back in Burnley. :)
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyCame to dine with my family, the food was okay, my only complaint is the service was slow, Waitress was asked not to pass food over the head of my baby but still carried on doing so maybe staff need to have a different approach when putting food down on the tables especially around small children.
