Came for a meal day before we went away, the food was really good and tasty. The service was great and the staff were really polite and helpful. All the food was reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.

A wedding was on at the same time. Service was slower than normals The food - some of it were cold and felt like it was rushed or warmed because the priority was the wedding. My friend and I, felt immediately sick after eating the tapas. We couldn’t wait to get out of there to be honest. The fire alarm went off twice and took forever for someone to turn it off both times. I am let down this time, usually I love the food and service.

We booked via the website which is a straightforward process. We arrived to a very busy restaurant/pub but it was St Patrick’s Day. The staff were friendly and efficient and regularly checked on us. The food was ok, they did forget a sauce but not a massive issue. It’s not bad value for money, we will try it again.

We celebrated our granddaughter 's 18th birthday . The food was good and enjoyed by all. They even had a selection of gluten free food. The staff were nice and had the time for us. Everyone ( 19in all) thoroughly enjoyed their time at Finsly Gate Wharf.

Food was really good and great value for money. The children’s menu was a hit steak and chips are a favourite for my 9 yr old .

Very nice place indeed with great service. Food was good and there was a relaxed atmosphere. A welcoming log fire and big screen sports. A separate dining area which was perfect for our small get together. Will visit again soon thank you

Friendly family atmosphere - great staff - always good food

I booked a table for 10 people and a toddler for 10 Dec as a celebratory meal with family after scattering my father's ashes in Burnley. (We now live in Devon). The restaurant was very welcoming, spacious and cosy. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it! Waitress service was very good. I would recommend and will visit again when back in Burnley. :)

Came to dine with my family, the food was okay, my only complaint is the service was slow, Waitress was asked not to pass food over the head of my baby but still carried on doing so maybe staff need to have a different approach when putting food down on the tables especially around small children.

We booked for a work meal for 10 of us over the weekend and the food was brilliant. All food came out together and was delicious. Service both with food and at the bar was great. Will definitely be returning.

Had an ex excellent lunch with friends yesterday. A lovely venue, inside and out and very clean. We all ate from the tapas menu, 3 dishes for £15. We had a variety of dishes and all were very good. Staff helpful, polite and professional. We be back and spread the word.

We ate here for the first time on Saturday after looking at the Tapas menu online. We were not disappointed at all. The service was good, staff were all very friendly and the food was great! The outdoor seating area is lovely. We'll definitely come back. Very handy being on the canal too. We'll incorporate a walk next time with the reward of food and drinks at the end.
