I pre booked a table online but waited for half an hour to be seated as the waiter informed us they had too many walk ins. After being seated our order was not taken for 45 minutes. The food was delicious when it arrived but we had to cancel a dish each due to time. The service was terrible. I have dined here many times before and the service has been excellent. If walk ins take priority then the online booking system should be turned off.

Astoria – BurnleyWe had a table for four booked on the 3 for 19.95 deal, the food was amazing. The service from the staff was second to none. They had a good laugh with our table made us feel more than welcome, even made sure our pregnant guest wasn't left out buy making the nicest of mocktails. Will be returning.

Astoria – BurnleyGreat food. Small venue with understandable booking policies as a result. People should see past that though and give the food a try. Kenanks is, and always has been a poor effort of this style of food. Ellis' is definately a step up from that.
