Babba – WarringtonGreat food - friendly staff
Elmas Restaurant – LymmFelt very rushed, main meal came out while we were still eating starter. No apology. Very noisy. Not the place to go for a quiet relaxed meal
Babba – WarringtonLoved our first visit to Bistro Ma Grada. At last, Lymm has a really good restaurant in the heart of the village! We were welcomed warmly and shown to our table. The menu is not extensive but imaginative and enticing. My husband had the scallops to start and I had the beetroot and goats cheese tart which was the best I have ever had. For mains I had the seabass and my husband the lamp which was huge but infinitely better than what he had some time ago at The Church Green. The chocolate tart with orange sorbet is out of this world. All in all the food at Ma Grada is superb. Service was friendly but needs polishing. We had to ask for napkins when the first course was served and serving spoons for the vegetables. I was given just a spoon for my pudding but it needed a fork too. I mentioned this to the charming manager on leaving as people of the next table to us also struggled without a fork for their pudding. Apart from this we had a lovely evening with superb food, beautifully cooked and presented. We will definitely be back.
