The Comfortable Gill – WarringtonHospitable friendly welcome, good service and delicious food. Loved that all the other diners randomly joined in singing Happy Birthday to a 10yr old who was celebrating on a different table when his cake came out, then quietly went back to their own conversations. Great atmosphere and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Will definitely go back.
Babba – WarringtonGreat food, atmosphere and service. Definitely worth a visit.
Sabrosa – OxtonThis place never fails to impress, we love coming here. Food and service is fantastic, great value for money too!
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldWent there for Valentine's Day. Epic food, amazing, friendly service. Did not have to wait long between starters and main courses which was great.
Babba – WarringtonWe went on Valentine's Day but decided to mix-and match between the regular medu and the 'special' Valentine menu. All the food was good as was the service which was friendly and attentive but not overly so (that's a good thing for me). The restaurant was quite busy but with a pleasant atmosphere and we enjoyed the evening. Was definitely good value for money
The Salt Bar – MacclesfieldWe had an amazing evening. The food was outstanding. The service outstanding especially Mustafa. Very friendly can’t wait to come back
Babba – WarringtonWe visited M'agrada bistro last night for the Valentines menu. We were greeted by a friendly waitress with a glass of champagne. Our table was near the door but she kindly moved us to a booth as we wanted to be further inside. The bistro was tastefully decorated for Valentines day and the atmosphere was romantic. The food was gorgeous (especially the lamb) the monk fish was cooked perfectly and they had some delicious specials on the board too. Service was fast and friendly with a sound wine recommendation to go with our meal. We will definitely be back soon for another special treat.
Bistro Magrada – LymmAmazing food, service, decor. Just perfect for valentines. We had an amazing evening.
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldAbsolutely lovely food and friendly staff thank you for a lovely valentines evening
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – Macclesfield2nd visit and was not disappointed. My only little quibble would be there wasn’t a lot of time between ordering, receiving stater and mains. Although not rushed I would have liked more time between
Babba – WarringtonFantastic food, atmosphere and service on valentines evening! Would definitely recommend. Only negative is that we booked after seeing the valentines special a couple of weeks ago priced at £50 for two people 6 dishes, one dessert with a bottle of wine included. We arrived and forgetting about the offer we placed our food order and drinks order of a pint and a Prosecco. Due to having a second round of the same drinks again and a dessert each our total bill was £90 including an £8 service charge. Understandable you could say that this is our fault, however it would have been the right thing from a professional service point of view to have either been asked are we wanting to order one of the 3 valentines deals that were advertise on social media or order off menu separately. On reflection it feels like this was not offered to us as they knew they could and will make more money of customers. Additionally to add a service charge of £8 on when the restaurant is not in a city centre, nor did we see it mentioned on the menu seems wrong. (Feels like this is exploiting the area the restaurant sits in) We are more than happy to tip when we receive fantastic service but prefer this to be of our choice rather than forced. Slightly put off by the experience, however the quality of the food and the in service friendly and professional manner of the colleagues means we will return at some point.
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldAmazing food and service. Love this restaurant.
Bistro Magrada – LymmLovely establishment in town centre location. Staff and food was excellent, I fully recommend a visit, we intend to return soon.
