Went for my birthday celebration with friends. Love this establishment. Great service, fabulous food, the rump steak was the best I've tasted in a long time. Will be back again.

Had a wonderful meal for my mum's birthday,the staff were superb and nothing too much trouble, we all enjoyed ourselves so much especially mum . The food was amazing as always.Thank you so much

I’ve only recently written a review praising this gem of a restaurant. I’m now writing it on behalf of our guests who loved the place; they were particularly taken by the soft shell crab, which they said was absolutely delicious. As usual the food and the service were excellent. It was very busy last night (25th) yet the staff were on top of everything and the atmosphere was great.

Very prompt service and child friendly

Went to the Royal Oak for my husbands birthday and unfortunately we where very disappointed. The black pudding stack was actually quite nice but my husband did not really his fish cakes. With high hopes for the famous club sandwich, I was confronted with really chewy dry chicken that I couldn’t and didn’t eat, my husband had the stew with not very fresh mash that was stodgy and you had to chop into it with your fork and a quite hard dumpling. We won’t be going again.

Absolutely amazing meal

They just have it all perfect. Service, food options, portion size, ambiance, wine choices, attention. Mid I lived nearer I would be happy to eat here every fortnight. Enjoy

We ate here on a Saturday night with 12 people. We received excellent service, food was amazing and staff were really attentive, helpful and friendly . We will definitely return.

What a great meal we had. I told the Landlord he needed to lock chef up! After fish starters I had a sirloin and my wife stuffed chicken. Food presentation, quality and service were first class. Simply outstanding for pub food. Prices were good as well. First class!

We visited for the first time on Sunday as a table as ten. We pre booked food a week beforehand as requested. Mains came out around 40 minutes after we were sat down. We were kept up to date with how long they were going to be which was good. Service was brilliant can’t fault the staff at all. Sunday lunches were good, desserts not so much but won’t put us off coming back. Lovely evening.

Lovely meal, great service, lively pub

Wonderful food. Lovely staff. Authentic Spanish tapas with a twist, and some great Spanish beers and wines. Lovely to hear some of the history behind the recipes and the Spanish beers. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

Another fantastic meal at Sabrosa. Everything we have tried is amazing as well as the wine, service and ambience. They also cater so well for dairy allergies which means we will be back very soon

Fresh, hot and very tasty food, as always. The Sangria is the best!!
