The Salt Bar – MacclesfieldBooked in online for eight family members , Sunday teatime, on arrival we were met by a happy and friendly member of staff who made us feel welcome. After ordering drinks we took are plates and began with a light buffet followed by staff continually calling with a fantastic selection of meats. The food , staff and surroundings where class, it was mine and my wife's 35th wedding anniversary and Brunos did not disappoint, we topped the night off with a gig at Parr Hall. Will definitely be visiting again lovely place with great staf and obviously food. Thanks
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonAn excellent meal with very portions.
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortWhen arriving at Bruno’s we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us to our table. She was a lively and bubbly. The meat was delicious but the buffet part was very sad looking. Like Pizza Hut. After visiting the restaurant in St. Helens and other restaurants offering a similar offering we were expecting better. The place itself had no music on and it Is definitely needed. Without it there was no atmosphere whatsoever. The meat and the gentleman serving were amazing. There’s just a few improvements required to increase the dining experience
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonAfternoon tea for a birthday gift. Was really nice, bottomless Prosecco and we were given a bottle straight away which was nice as meant we didn’t have to keep asking! Nice greeting and we were early but that wasn’t a problem. Good service throughout and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely visit again
The Townhouse & Secret Garden – ChesterGreat place. If you think Ikea do meatballs, you need to try them here. Both the meat and veggie meatballs are incredible. Wonderfully atmospheric. A great place for a meal
The Salt Bar – MacclesfieldNo experience at all report other Booked on your Website the morning of the booking date, we turned up at 12:55 for the 1pm booking only to be told by the staff that they hadn't seen a booking and that they had NO chief. We had a lovely meal birthday meal as always at Lavatoria.
The Townhouse & Secret Garden – ChesterLovely menu catering for all with lots of selections available. The wine list is big enough to make a choice but not so big it gets confusing! Always a great, friendly atmosphere with fun and prompt service. Highly recommend.
Elmas Restaurant – LymmReally good food service - nice evening and value for money
Elmas Restaurant – LymmWe went on Sunday, food was as always, great, amongst other we tried the tapas lamp chops, amazing!! Service is spot on and atmosphere very amenable to a lazy Sunday afternoon. We all loved being there.
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldWould highly recommend Tapas menu. Lots of choice, food lovely and all homemade. Staff excellent and friendly. I have been twice in the last 2 weeks and will be back soon.
Elmas Restaurant – LymmWe came for dinner on a Saturday night, drinks order was taken straight away but then the long waits began. We waited 20 minutes for someone to come over and take our food order, in the end I went up to the bar and ordered the food, I was then told it was table service and someone then did come over. We then waited 45 minutes for our food, food arrived and was excellent and we were offered a drink on the house due to the wait. We asked for the bill and this came, but we then waited again for someone to come over to see our preferred method of payment, after a wait again we paid with cash even though we prefer to pay card. We can appreciate a wait when there are lots of covers but the evening we visited there were only around 12 in a small area for a Saturday, it seemed like more could have been done. The waiting on staff were friendly but there only seemed to be one staff member doing all the running around, the rest of the staff seemed to just be stood at the bar. Food was lovely but service was poor which slightly tinge our first experience of our local.
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortFour of us enjoyed a lovely meal on Thursday evening. The staff were very polite and attentive, offering drinks while we chose our meals. Attention to detail and willingness to adapt for dietary requirements was first class. Our friends were thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere and food quality and as they insisted on paying they were very happy with the value for money. Highly recommend this local, friendly, eatery.
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortExcellent evening, the staff were superb, very attentive. Lovely tapas selection, excellent quality. Love the croquets. Amazing G&T. Well done.
Sabrosa – OxtonWent here for a meal before the Comedy Club evening at the Pyramid. Decor and self-serve salad bar were disappointing - reminiscent of fast food outlet like a Pizza Hut rather than a proper restaurant. Foods on offer were mostly out-of-a bag salad items or tinned sweetcorn. There were a few prawns and slices of chorizo, but very little that had actually been prepared by any chef/cook. Wipe-clean tables, paper napkins and plasticky seating are accompanied by harsh lighting and a waitress who I know was trying to be friendly, but was instead intrusive, loud and insisted on calling everyone in there"Darlin'" with every sentence spoken. The gin cocktail was pleasant to drink but with no garnish at all it looked very plain. The meat servers didn't crack a smile at any point and dropped meat all over the table each time they visited - whether our circle showed red or green - and I was glad to leave the mess. The meats they did serve were tasty enough but pretty tough and there was never any choice of how well you had it cooked. Won't be returning, our bill minus drinks came out at about £25 each. For that money I want to feel like I'm in a proper restaurant.
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonBooked a Thursday night at 630pm food was lovely but very disappointed with the service. We were kept waiting along time between courses and no offer to get us drinks in between, we had to keep asking for service, would of gone to bar ourselves but no one was there either to serve. Wouldn’t return because of this although the food was very nice
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortWe had a lovely evening celebrating a birthday...the shared starter (4 items) was excellent as were our mains and shared dessert. All in all a great place for an evening out.
The Salt Bar – MacclesfieldWe did the bottomless afternoon tea for my Aunts 70th and have to say we had a lovely afternoon. The venue the staff and the food were lovely. We are looking to going again very soon.
