The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortDelicious Sunday lunch as ever. Great service and very good value. Sat in the garden enjoying the sunshine.
The Townhouse & Secret Garden – ChesterVery happy, we went fro Sunday Lunch. Not startling but service was great.
The Townhouse & Secret Garden – ChesterWent for my partners birthday and were not disappointed. The salad bar was excellent and the meat delivery was perfectly timed. Loved the gin tapas recommended by Kelly who was just lovely and brought my partner a little cheesecake with a candle in and sang happy birthday to him he loved it.
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonWe went for our wedding anniversary the staff were so friendly and polite and no was too much trouble, would recommend to anyone
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonI have travelled a lot around Spain and I can confirm this is proper spanish food. It's definitely the best tapas bar I've found around the Wirral/Liverpool area. People are very friendly, food is amazing and it's great value for money. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!
Sabrosa – OxtonSuperb meal, excellent service. Could not fault any aspect. In fact we have decided to book The Townhouse next time we visit Chester
The Townhouse & Secret Garden – ChesterCame with elderly in-laws and had a thoroughly enjoyable meal which was full of great flavours and terrific value for money. The nan bread is the size of a dinosaur’s footprint !
Purple Pakora – MarpleMy wife and I went to Brunos for the first time this Sunday, 23rd of June. We were pleasantly surprised by the options available from the salad bar/ buffet: Chorizo, baked and fried potatoes, rice, pork (probably cooked in the oven, really tasty), mushrooms a la creme etc. It was difficult to resist, but we managed to just grab a bite of each, in the fear of not having room for the main course. Luckily, we made the right choice: We hardly managed to taste all of the different meat! Everything was freshly cooked and mouth watering! I can definitely say that, during our first year in Warrington, this was by far our best dinner. We will surely get back- probably sooner that we'd imagine. I'd also like to say that the staff were friendly and polite. Next time we will pick up a busier day, just to have a more informed opinion.
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonTop little cafe in the market. Nice bloke that owns it too!
Nice Bites – ChesterWhat a lovely old building! Right by the river. A traditional cafe with good food!
The Cafe At The Walls – ChesterThe 1699 restaurant at The Chester Townhouse is undoubtedly a hidden gem. The food is imaginative and creative, the staff are attentive and helpful, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and relaxing. The toilets are absolutely stunning and brilliantly clean too. The venue is simply outstanding in every respect.
The Townhouse & Secret Garden – ChesterBrilliant night brilliant fresh hot food We will be returning
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonHad dinner here with friends on Saturday night. What a lovely evening. Pre dinner drinks in the Secret Garden. Then a fabulous meal. Food was delicious. All the staff were great and super friendly. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
The Townhouse & Secret Garden – ChesterGreat food, great staff. Loved the gin tapas. Good value for money. Will be recommending Bruno’s to everyone
Brunos Rodizio – WarringtonBooked a table for 4 for lunch at 1.30 have not been here for many years. The decor was lovely it was not very busy two other tables dining. Our drinks orders were taken swiftly but did have to wait a long time before our orders for food were taken seemed to be only one girl doing drinks and taking orders and serving food. The food was lovely no complaints would be apprehensive of visiting at a busier time or weekend, need more staff
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortA lovely Birthday meal on 19th June. Our waitress, Suzy, was welcoming and pleasant throughout. The menu was not extensive, however, it was varied enough to provide a choice of starters and mains to suit our preferences. Service was professional without being stuffy and presentation was really good We chose coquilles St Jacques which were very tasty and well flavoured followed by 1 lamb and 1 pork both of which were very tender and had interesting textures - my only negative would be that the pork dish would benefit from a little potato or extra veg in addition to the spinach. All the food was well seasoned and piping hot. We enjoyed a bottle of wine which was a touch expensive considering the quality but possibly the norm for a restaurant in Chester and neither had room for a dessert.
