this place is top notch, and i can't stress enough how saucy the chefs are!

Don Luigi – WarringtonIf you're a vegetarian and like CHICKEN in your curry, then this is the place for you!! Worse than that, we were offered no form of apology & I left the place feeling physically sick. NEVER again.
Holly Bush Inn – SandbachThe food in this pub is in my mind the very best I have had in this area .They have a large menu with a good vegetarian menu all the food is home cooked and very good value for money .The pub has a large garden if you like to eat outside .very good parking handy to the motorway .this is always our first choice.
Legs Of Man – SandbachHad a squid and chorizo salad, squid very unevenly cooked, some raw, some as flacid as a lychee, really revolting. Leaves limply hanging over side of bowl..................to say, "They wilt with the heat of the food" doesn't excuse the unappealing presentation. So poor food, poorly presented and poorly apologised for. They even charged for the side bread, which I did eat as otherwise I would have starved. Will not waste time and money visiting them again or recommending them.
Moules A Go-Go – ChesterVery nice, friendly staff, good food. I go whenever I get the chance.
Duckegg Bluu – WarringtonMy recommendation is do not buy the soft drinks I was charged £2.05 for a small diet coke.........what a rip off
Bunbury Arms – ChesterI have visited this pub / restaurant a number of times now and the level of service and standard of food never ceases to amaze me. I have never tasted sea bass like it!!! Although it is tucked away along leafy lanes in Mobberley the place is always full and the atmosphere calming.
Plough and Flail Inn The – KnutsfordLovely food in a setting that evokes a real feeling of Thailand. The food was delicious, especially the succulent satay, which is well worth a try as a starter. Attentive service with a friendly smile. Definitely worth a trip while in Knutsford.
Mae Gaew Thai Restaurant – KnutsfordThis is one of my consistently favourite pubs. The food is always good and plentiful. There is a nice beer garden to sit out in too. I would recommend booking particularly on Sundays. There is a restaurant and also a bar/dining room/ pool room too.
Farmers Arms – NantwichVery poor very slow service meat on the carvery was very dry ,took 20min to get a cup of coffee. party of 6 spent over £90 in the restaurant then when the last orders bell went at 10.30 would not serve with 2 pints and a short very unreasonable manager WILL ON BE FREQUENTING AGAIN !!! LETTER OF COMPLAINT SENT TO HEAD OFFICE AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
Memphis Belle – WarringtonI visited the Manor for the first time on sunday, being a veggie there was very limited choice, after deciding on something that was a total clash of flavours,a pepper pastry puff, but the best thing the seemed to have going, i was sat around for approximately 10 minutes while my company were served their food, when my choice finally came it was cold and served with a gravy that smelt like dog food, not recommended
Ye Olde Manor – CreweI would love to recommend the Yellow Broom. I was looking forward to enjoying their culinary delights. Having booked in advance for a special birthday dinner imagine my suprise to find the restaurant closed. What a pity that even though they requested our phone number they did not have the courtesy to advise us. Obviously they don't bother opening their restaurant if there aren't sufficient bookings to make it profitable. So be warned
Yellow Broom Restaurant – Holmes ChapelWent to the Romper in Marple, food (and wine) was absolutely first class and reasonably priced, really good choice. The service was also excellent. The refurbishment was stunning although I must admit it was very disappointing to find the toilets hadn't been included in the refurbishment programme and these left a lot to be desired.
The Romper – MarpleWow...wow...wow who'd of believed that above this quaint village pub lies and amazing Mediterranean Restaurant. Friendly Staff, Fine Ales, Fabulous food and very reasonable too who could ask for more!!! Will be returning without a doubt
Duke Of York – MarpleHaving visited "The Davenport Arms' last Monday (5th May 2008) we can only say that from the minute we entered their doors we were impressed by the friendliness and willingness of all staff. Furthermore, it did not stop there.... the quality of food and quantity served (and at favourable prices) in the restaurant was exceptional... with staff checking as to our satisfaction and further requirements as necessary. A very memorable occasion. Thank you to all staff. Mr & Mrs Field
Pesto At The Davenport Arms – MacclesfieldWent to the Tavern on 05-05-08. As the prices were very high, I only had a pot of tea; too much water on one tea bag left me with unpalatable, weak tea. My companion had a tuna toast which was cold. Customers at the table next to us were complaining about the prices amongst themselves and one lady decided to order nothing at all !! I certainly will never call there again.
Coffee Tavern The – MacclesfieldWe held our wedding here in June 2007. What a fantastic place and the perfect choice. We knew the food was great but the whole package was brilliant - the surroundings, the food, the wine, the service - all amazing. We still get people commenting that its the best wedding they've ever been to. People just raved about the menu we chose and the quality of the food. We were also made to feel that ours was the first and most important wedding ever held there. For a wedding venue that's a real accomplishment. The beauty of the Belle though is whether its a wedding or a meal for 2, you won't be disappointed.
