The Tigers Head Country Pub and Dining – FrodshamLove it here, the food is amazing, good value for money, staff are friendly and fantastic service
Elmas Restaurant – LymmLovely evening spent with my partner. Booked an evening table for 7pm. Had a nice cosy corner in the restaurant area. Table service was pretty quick and all the staff were very friendly. The food choices available were plentiful and portion sizes were more than adequate to share between 2 people. Have to say the food was lovely......we didn't leave a thing which is usually a good sign. The only criticism about the evening was the menu itself. It was the green lettering on a black background. With the low lighting it made it difficult to see and we had to use our phones to illuminate them. Apart from that we haven't got a bad thing to say about Lilac at The Chestergate. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and we will certainly be back sometime soon.
Lilac at The Chestergate – MacclesfieldFood is very good but unfortunately there were not enough staff on duty and they were clearly very stressed and chaotic. Not their fault and they did their best. Would be better to hold guests downstairs in the bar and take them up to the restaurant when the table is ready and stagger the bookings more.
Lilac at The Chestergate – MacclesfieldFabulous meal,Fabulous setting, fabulous service. Will definitely call again when we are in the area x
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere Portgreat food as always i ha dteh chicken curry which was lush and teh cheese board good value
The Cheshire Yeoman – Ellesmere PortI thought a few year ago the food wasn’t as good so I stopped going. However I have been twice in the last month with family and friends and everyone has loved it. The food has improved a lot, though sometimes they don’t have certain items . It’s definitely improved and I will be going more often now. thanks
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldHonestly some of the best tapas we’ve ever had, we love going out for food 3/4x a week and this was amazing the staff were super friendly, informative and a laugh. The atmosphere was great the drinks great! (Even if they didn’t get to have the blueberry daiquiri) food great! everything! We cannot complain and would not about a single thing we are coming back every week!!
Lilac Cottage Tapas & Wine Bar – MacclesfieldFood and atmosphere was fantastic Staff were very polite and efficient. Would highly recommend
Panama Hattys Restaurant & Bar – TarporleyFriday lunchtime, 4 people, Mar 2024. Well-kept little bistro, outside seating would have been great in better weather (blankets are provided). Cosy inside, prompt service, limited space if you don't reserve. The food was of excellent quality, beautifully presented, and sufficient quantities. Fantastic value for money. We left fully satisfied with our experience.
Cafe De Paris – NantwichThank you for another lovely meal. Service was warm and friendly but not intrusive. Food was hot (very important to me!) and tasty. Will definitely come again. Looking forward to more options on the menu - lasagne would be good !
The Tigers Head Country Pub and Dining – FrodshamHave visited on many occasions and always amazing. Took my parents for my mother’s 60th and it’s the first time they’ve been and they were thrilled with the whole experience and food. Food is fantastic, service is second to none and fantastically priced. Cannot speak highly enough of Bacchus and the team
Bacchus Restaurant – MacclesfieldExcellent lunchtime all round.
Egerton Arms Astbury – CongletonGreat food, great service.
Pacino’s – Chester2nd time we have had Sunday dinner here and the food was consistently good. We would defo go again. Only down side was the lack of attentiveness in regards to drinks, they could have made a lot more money on our table alone if the staff went checking for drinks.
Egerton Arms Astbury – CongletonThe young lady that took us to our table and took our orders was lovely and one of the other ladies who took our dessert order was really nice. We Had 3 roast dinners . Veg was good. The lamb was very poor. Very thinly sliced and only two thin pieces. For the money it was not good value at all. The mint sauce was just mushed mint. This was not a sauce. The two boys who were waiting on had zero customer service skills!!! No manners what so ever and boarded on been rude. They definitely need training in clearing plates from tables!!! We thought we were going to get them thrown at us as he throw the cutlery from one plate to another!!! We had desserts 2 crumbles and a bread and butter pud with cream. The bread and butter came with custard of which I sent back for it to be returned correctly but it was cold so I had to sent it back!!! I was told it was going to be taken off the bill but it wasn’t so I didn’t leave a tip. Very disappointing over all.
Egerton Arms Astbury – CongletonA super fast service by a lovely young lady that was very attentive and efficient. We were a party of four having a meal on a Sunday- we all chose lamb, and had a few months ago too. We all ate everything on our plate which was ample and delicious. I had chocolate fudge cake with custard and everyone else had apple pie & custard, again it was all served quickly, hot and tasty! Thank you.
The Carriers Inn – FrodshamThe food, ambiance and staff were all lovely. I found it difficult to cut up the delicious sourdough toast with the cutlery as it was very blunt though!
