My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Papa Luigis recently and what an excellent experience. Great welcome, all Covid restrictions in place. Staff excellent and food was first class. I would have no hesitation in re- visiting, hopefully very soon.

Insignificant “big breakfast”. Sadly much the same, and as appetising, as any pub vegetarian breakfast for at least £3 less, so not good value. Toast had to be sent back as it was basically warm bread. The second attempt was no better, but who wants to argue over breakfast? Yes, we did stay long enough to have cake, and that was absolutely delicious. I have enjoyed so many interesting and innovative lunches at Whins that the breakfast won’t put me off returning. I won’t be ordering a big breakfast again though unless they up their game. Service was perfect by a lovely young man and the standards of hygiene were 100%. The glorious setting won’t let the breakfast off the hook every time though. The breakfast menu would stand without the big breakfast being on there. I hope this is received in the manner it is intended.

Delicious food as always, very prompt service even though it was busy. Lovely atmosphere, we all had a lovely evening and will be back soon!

Excellent quality, delicious and tasty dishes. Best place to eat, we drive passed hundreds of restaurants to get there. Staff are kind and it's like eating amongst friends

I've eaten here a few times now and can safely say I've never had a bad experience! All the staff have been extremely friendly and helpful and the food has always been extremely tasty! There isn't many vegan restaurants around here so this is a real gem with a beautiful view. There is a real variety of meals, snacks, cakes and drinks so whatever you fancy, there will definitely be something for you!

A spur of the moment booking at Papa Luigis, live local and have been many times before. Food and service very good cannot grumble, they should be good at this now been there donkeys years. Only one complaint, small table for two, up against a column. Probably should have a nice plant there but instead a profit opportunity. Maybe I'm being mean, but it's not cheap to eat out, so pleasant surroundings would be nice. Wouldn't stop me going back. :)

Visited on Sunday 9th Jan 3pm till 6.15. Service briliant very friendly &warming. Food & service very good. Hope to go back soon as we can.

Not been here for thirty years and I was so impressed that the warm, welcoming atmosphere was just the same. Great choice of large/small pasta dishes coupled with the familiar, comforting renditions of ‘Happy Birthday’ made this a special night for my Dad’s 78 th birthday. He rated the gluten free pizza as the best in town! Well done to all the team for preserving a little gem! Helen

This is such a lovely location with a fantastic vegan selection and absolutely lovely and attentive staff.

First visit for us. We visited for breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was great. It’s a beautiful setting too! We will be back to try the main menu.

Our first visit - live very local but never heard of it until an advertisement on local radio. Superb food and friendly staff. Great to have such a wide choice too - we will need to come back again and again and again!

Fabulous food as usual, perfect setting. Only gripe was we had to ask to place our order after being sat down for 30mins (we were with a 6 month old baby so time was tight!) But the food was perfect!

I visited yesterday for lunch and, as usual, the food was delightful and the service was excellent. This place is fabulous - the views over the fields are incredible, the food is amazing and great value, the staff are helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Travelled here especially after hearing an advertisement on the radio. The food, presentation and location are all exquisite. Will definitely be making the trip here again!
