A lovely setting with beautiful views around. Being picky here: restaurant is very modern but atmosphere isn’t my cup of tea as it’s just one big room with a lot of tables and bright spots above so was very noisy and bright - not exactly a relaxed atmosphere. However, there are tables on a terrace outside so I am sure this would be fantastic on a lovely day. Food was superb - fresh, tasty and well presented. I had the Buddha bowl and my partner the Wellington. Both were superb. Couldn’t fault and real thought has gone into the flavours so definitely value for money. Service was ok, but could be improved. Staff were friendly and greeted us on entry and were attentive up to delivering mains. But then when we wanted to order dessert no one seemed to come back to us for quite a while. On the whole a quality place, I will return and would recommend.
