3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeFrom the moment I first stumbled upon this lovely place when lost, I've wanted to visit to eat. The opportunity arose on Bank Holiday Monday and I wasn't disappointed. I've popped in the bar on a couple of occasions and was really looking forward to the planned visit. The décor and furnishings are beautiful, the ambience was relaxed and I could tell I was somewhere special. Even the music choice was great and the acoustic quality really high. I had the belly pork for main and I've never tasted better. The whole dish was delicious. The service was very good - my only issue being I had to recharge a glass at the bar on one occasion. Can't wait for an opportunity to visit again.
