Had seen the Carvery advertised online so decided to give it a go and it did not disappoint. Choice of 3 meats, loads of veg options and all really tasty and fresh even though we went later in the day when it was less busy.

The Cornubia Inn – HayleWe decided to try here as my partner fancied a burger. On arrival it was apparent that the poor bar person were run off their feet as they looked like they were the only staff member there. The food was quite nice, my partner enjoyed his burger. My steak unfortunately was a bit gristley, but that is to be expected as it was a cheaper cut. It does seem like a local pub for local people but they did seem friendly. Just quite rowdy.
The Cornubia Inn – HayleHave eaten there on several occasions. Staff welcoming and friendly, meals are great and the prices are excellent
The Cornubia Inn – HayleLovely Sunday Carvery. Plenty of veg lovely atmosphere.
The Cornubia Inn – HayleVery busy Sunday but the staff coped well. The carvery was good value for money. The veg were fresh and tasty. Lovely big Yorkshire puddings. Only disappointment was the veggie option, the nutless roast which was tasteless.
The Cornubia Inn – HayleWow! I was dubious of rump steak and chips for £10 but it was amazing! Generous portions, delicious steak and so reasonably priced.
The Cornubia Inn – HayleSunday carvery is amazing, delicious food and generous portions. Food was hot and plentiful, varied array of vegetables and a choice of three meats. Staff are friendly and the pub has a very comfortable atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Will definitely come back on our next visit.
The Cornubia Inn – HayleWe have been several times now and rate this place as having one of the best Sunday roasts in Cornwall. A choice of 3 meats and a good selection of veg. The Yorkshire's are the best I've eaten since my Ma's. Would highly recommend.
The Cornubia Inn – Hayle5 star
The Cornubia Inn – HayleWe had Sunday dinner, we have had bar food before but our first time for Sunday dinner, we arrived a little early but was told if we waited 5 minutes a new joint of beef would be ready, we was very impressed, you had a choice of three meats and there was a good selection of vegetables, definitely would recommend, well worth a visit
The Cornubia Inn – HayleWe love the Sunday carvery and the steak nights. Good food and very reasonable prices. All staff are always welcoming and engaging. Entertainment is often on in the evenings, which is a bonus.
The Cornubia Inn – HayleAppalling way to do 'business'! Miranda agreed to make and deliver a cake for a friend who lives in Hayle. After a month she claimed to have delivered it but my friend has received nothing. She will not replace the cake or refund my money. Utter disgrace to the world of business.
Johnnys Cafe – HayleAfter visiting the Balti King, all I can say is that the food was tasteless, extremely overpriced, the service mediocre. All the Tikka dishes were an extreme disappointment, the saag paneer looked and tasted like it had Cheddar in it ! At least it tasted of something I suppose. The only saving grace was the veg Dhansak, albeit far too spicy for a relatively mild dish. If this is the best Indian in Cornwall I might suggest a visit to Manchester for some excellent quality Indian food at reasonable prices.
Balti King – HayleIf you are visiting the Penzance/Carbis Bay/St Ives area a visit to this place is an ABSOLUTE must! The food is superb, the portions are massive and the desserts are to die for! We've been loads of times and never, ever fail to make at least one trip whenever we are in Cornwall. Their farm shop is also very good - packed with lots and lots of tasty, home produced food.
Trevaskis Farm Restaurant – HayleFor high quality home produced food and desserts to die for then this is THE place to dine. The meals are large, superbly presented, very pleasant staff. This one restaurant you would not wish to miss and it has a fabulous farm shop. This is the real business.
Trevaskis Farm Restaurant – HayleThe only down side was not discovering Trevaskis until the end of pour holiday. The portions are enormous and the food quality wonderful. The deserts are dangerously tasty. Service/staff professional and friendly. The prices very reasonable. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Just wish we had found it sooner as we didn't have time to look round the farm.
Trevaskis Farm Restaurant – HayleUsed this place regularly on our holiday. Great place for good food while in hayle, cornwall. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Salt Kitchen Bar – Haylemy wife and i have been to the rosewarne manor for lunch and dinner both in the bar and in the separate dining area four times in the last five months. the food is excellent, a good selection of wines across the price range. delicious high quality local ingredients cooked with flare. it has style and substance. all served in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. we can't say enough about the rosewarne, recommending it to all our friends and family.
