Nothing special, poor short menu, no pizza, slownservice - rowdy drunk idiots - and pretty sure the cod wasn't cod - shame, we thought this might be decent - just disappointed to have to leave site to eat.

The Lookout Bar and Eatery – NewquayHad lunch and what a delight. The staff were lovely and very happy. I had mussels and they were gorgeous and my husband had seafood linguine and thoroughly enjoyed it. Going back tonight to try the Boatyard
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeVery disappointed with the Boatyard. Poor service, general confusion, long wait for underwhelming and overpriced food. Will not return.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeHave been to Lemon Twist on numerous occasions and have been very impressed with your venue. I even booked my partners birthday meal hear with a group of friends send was lovely.
Lemon Twist – FalmouthReally good value, healthy food. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Thank you
Lemon Twist – FalmouthGreat food, we had the seafood platter. Lovely atmosphere and very attentive staff. Highly recommended
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeLovely vegan food, fab service and great cocktails! Love it
Lemon Twist – FalmouthOur waitress was excellent . The atmosphere was good too. we had a lovely shared starters - nachos - delicious and the main meal was fine. But our cocktails were not ! I Ordered a long beach iced tea which I’ve had numerous times over the years but it tasted nothing like I’ve had before very sour . I thought I’d go for something which didn’t have lemon a garden gin which lemon wasn’t mentioned in the recipe and again it was full of lemon and when questioned about the lemon I wasn’t given a response !
Lemon Twist – Falmouthcame for happy hour and food on a Wednesday evening with my partner, great service from everybody there, the restaurant itself was great, with a good atmosphere and good vibes. food was amazing, we got the big bowl of mussels to share and it was the best mussels I've had in a while, and the cocktails were of course amazing.
Lemon Twist – FalmouthWe arrived at 19:00 and were taken to our table by a member of staff saying “that’s your table over there” and pointing to it. After 15 minutes we were approached by a member of staff who seemed surprised that no one ( including himself) had taken a drinks order and who then told us that there was no lamb, chicken or any roast available and that there were no pies available either. We told the waiter not to bother about the drinks we had ordered and went and ate elsewhere.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeLovely place, nice fresh food and pleasant staff.
Lemon Twist – FalmouthWe booked a table for the last night of our holiday (tried to book for earlier in holiday but was either booked or closed), and it made for a great end to the holiday. Service was really good and staff attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, good portion sizes and cooked really well. We had the fish / burger / curry - the curry was amazingly tasty.
The Lookout Bar and Eatery – NewquayAbsolutely great food, great value and EXCELLENT service from our waitress Thank you
Lemon Twist – FalmouthAte here during a stay at the Moleworth Arms. Very good food and close attention by the staff. Overall a great palce to eat.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeI would not recommend eating here. We had booked a table but they were clearly understaffed. I don’t mind if you’re told at the start of a meal that they’re short of staff that day but the greed of overbooking and then not closing the takeout service just means everyone receives a degraded service. We thought we’d eat on site for our wedding anniversary but it was like an episode of Fawlty Towers watching the same gentleman who checked our booking in, serve at the bay and show us to our table. We gave up waiting for someone to come to our table in the restaurant for a drinks order and instead collected in person at the bar. We could see every table around us looking very frustrated and angry even before we ordered. It’s the first restaurant where mains came before starters. Completely understaffed and wrecked our anniversary celebrations. There’s an M&S at the local BP garage. You’ll get a better microwave meal from there than eating at the Lookout bar & eatery.
The Lookout Bar and Eatery – NewquayUnfortunately our family evening meal was disappointing as the service was very slow, mainly due to staffing levels being low. Staff tried hard however the stress on the staff eventually told on the service provided..
The Lookout Bar and Eatery – NewquayExcellent meal and very friendly service. The menu was very comprehensive with something for everyone. The only fail were the calamari which just didn’t work as they were baby squid and didn’t take to the batter. Everything else was delicious. Booking was easy online with confirmation by email. Personally I would have liked the waiting staff to have worn masks/visors - not just for us but for their own safety. Don’t know what their policy is on this. All in all I would really recommend Lemon Twist for a great meal.
