Wheal Tor Country Hotel – Liskeardno atmosphere-very small, but nice portions for a la carte-not much selection-expensive wine list for helston area-very good, although a bit over the top service-considering the amount of excellent restaurants in the area, Nansloe needs to get a grip-small cottage hotel, but no owner input to their public-won,t go there again in a hurry.
Nansloe Manor – HelstonClean, comfortable
Old Schoolhouse Hotel and Restaurant – Port IsaacWe have stayed at the Atlantic Hotel twice and we are going again in October 2015, we find the staff very friendly, rooms are lovely and food is excellent.
Atlantic Hotel – NewquayAmazing food and friendly service, proper pub atmosphere.
The Pint and Post – LauncestonAbsolutely vile never again.
The Balancing Eel – St IvesWent there for a meal very disappointed with the way customers are approached, it was " find a table, pick your fish ( when you can fight your way through a large crowd already looking) pick your side, sauce etc. It never used to be like this what's happened to normal menu ordering? Never go there again which is a complete shame as last time we went there ,about a year ago it was completely different (handed a menu, asked what drink you would like then food order taken) why does everything have to change?
Seafood Cafe The – St IvesThought we would give the restaurant a try as we hadn't been there before, and it was definitely the right move to go there. A very warm welcome, spotlessly clean, good selection on the menu and on the specials board. Everything is freshly cooked which is an added bonus if you enjoy good food. In fact we decided to go back the following week for my birthday treat. In September, when we are back in Perranporth, we are going back to celebrate our anniversary. Make this a place to visit when eating out, you wont be disappointed. Well done Willow.
Willow – PerranporthTravelled up with friends from Falmouth to visit this so called award winning Italian restaurant to find it's not even Italian. Not sure what all the fuss is about as food wasn't spectacular and tasted like any other chain :(
Zucchini Italian Kitchen – HelstonWe had the MASSIVE pleasure of dining at N06 on 23rd December 2014 and more importantly New Years eve . Absolutely fabulous. Everything was wonderful, food, wine ,service , and If we hadn't been so divinely stuffed the party afterwards !!! You have never had pumpkin soup like this one : the sour dough with creamy cods roe and crispy bacon bits yummy ! : the Beef ,I have never had better ANYWHERE : beautiful venison : the smoked haddock starter : I could go on and on. DO eat your way through the menu, your taste buds and stomach will love you forever. And I haven't even started on about the wine and the DESSERTS . SAVE UP GO , GO NOW then go again !!!

Davies Catering Cornwall – NewquayVisited on 16 Nov 2014. Friendly welcome, loved sitting on the sofa in front of the fire with a glass of wine and looking at the menu. Food was fantastic. Lovely atmosphere. Looked after from the time we arrived until we left.
Tapenades – LiskeardWe have loved every mouthful of our meal. It seems it has just been taken over in the past couple of months, though you would never know. It feels like they have been established for years! The menu is outstanding and beautifully executed. The fresh bread is just fantastic. Service is excellent. We are looking forward to being regulars !
St Andrews Street Bistro – St IvesI have recently eaten at Tapenades with Liskeard football club and the food was amazing.
Tapenades – LiskeardSo pleased to report that the Stag Inn in St Cleer is now a thriving Free House with a great range of real ales and an impressive food menu. Better still reasonable prices. Well done The Stag.
