Been before earlier in the year and enjoyed the takeaway , went again yesterday , big mistake , stale soggy poppadoms , chewy nan , food soaked in fat and at best mediocre , and expensive , never again.

Anglo Asia – HelstonIf you like to be well treated and expect first class service, fabulous food, without being rushed, book a table here. Please don't all read this and book tonight because we haven't booked yet and want to go again. Small hint though, don't eat too much before you decide to go because you need to do all 3 courses, they're too fabulous too miss one out !!
Penventon Park Hotel – RedruthAustell's has been through some hard times recently, with changes of ownership and staff. If you feel uncertain, be reassured that all is in running order once again. Brett is back at the helm in the kitchen, and there you may see him turning out a sequence of great dishes of unfailingly high standard. Emma, at front of house, welcomes you and attends to your every need. All the former little touches of elegance are back. And for dining out of this quality the prices are very moderate. You don't believe everything you read in recommendations? Well, don't miss the chance to go and check this one!
Austells – St Austellonly ever had takeawys but the food was really edible and I am quite fussy as I have cooked for a living.
Tiandi – Budegreat bar great stall good layout etc superb all round good place food is fab good value
Vanilla Cafe Bar and Late Lounge – TruroLike the above comment, we loved the deli - and we would like to purchase another "Scilly Old Bag" shopping bag...as ours was "removed" by someone at our local supermarket store in Buckingham. It rhymes with Tresco! My wife is desolate and I really would like to buy another one on-line. Please!
The Deli – Scilly Isleshavent been here for years as last few times the food hasnt been brilliant and everything had feta with it. Went as recommended by friend and had checked the vegetarian options online. Had the starter which should have been ciabatta but appeared under the mass of salty vegetables - to be just soggy but slightly toasted bread. Main was Moroccan Wild Mushrooms with Wild Rice - just about the most unattractive meal you could have placed in front of you! looked like something a child would have created, no flavour, tasted like overload of Green Oxo - and left most of it. when asked if I enjoyed my meal, said wasnt good as could be seen, but nothing more said - one member of staff helpful, rest were smiling but didnt have a clue - sorry Springer, wont be joining you again - as a good cook myself, it is clear they havent got a talented cook in situ - on a slightly positive note, my partner enjoyed the fish dish
The Springer Spaniel – Launcestonbest restuarant in falmouth great atmosphere amazingng food wish people wouldnt talk about it on facebook we will never get a table !!
The Wheelhouse – Falmouthwe frequented this pub during a weeks stay in goran in june/july.Lovley friendly local pub, great food, great beer, great people. Ate there twice and took part in the quiz night, great fun. What more could you want!! Many thanks to Tom and the crew
The Barley Sheaf – St AustellNO one should go bayleaf, kitchen staff never wash hands after toilet.Mr. Abul never give customer tips to staff.Illegal immigrant work over there.
Bayleaf – BudeThe Arscott Arms is a lovely picturesque pub, nice and cosy with a public bar with pool table dart board etc. Lounge/restaurant offers lovely food; a bit on the pricey side but you get loads for your money and it is excellently cooked and presented. Will be going again very soon.
Arscott Arms – Launcestonoh and meant to mention - parking isn't a problem either, there's a big carpark literally about one minute walk away - The Grove Carpark!
Amanzi – FalmouthThe best service i have ever experienced - incredibly efficient and professional, but really friendly and laid back too, seems too good to be true! Great team of staff, and wonderful food. I am vegetarian and the veggie options are interesting and delicious, a rare treat! I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough, with incredibly tasty and fresh food, using local produce, and excellent service, oh and not too pricey either, I really wouldn't go anywhere else.
Amanzi – Falmouthjust had a meal there....pleasant clean decor ,,,service welcoming and efficient...the food fresh tasty and delightfully presented....good value for money...the fish dishes were scrumptious and adequate portions....highly recommended once you can find parking in this part of town.....!!!!!
Amanzi – FalmouthBrilliant food, awesome staff and nothing is too much trouble. IMO THE BEST in FALMOUTH. Never tasted such amazing food, its a real delight to dine there
Amanzi – FalmouthVisited for my Birthday. My Partner had his usual Sausage's and mash and said they were the best he has ever had. Anywhere! Quite something then! Our starters were both superb, the Asparagus with Poached Egg quite lovely as was his Welsh Rarebit. Really impressed and glad the so called "Michelin Chef" has now left as it got to much of a reputation for Gastropub and prices to match. Wonderful that St Kew is back to is fabulous best. Can't wait to go again now it's all back to being a good "Pub" again!
St Kew Inn – Bodminthe food at the crumplehorn was first class the portions were just what was needed after a hard days walking should be visited when in cornwall thank you
