No wonder this place was voted best bar in Cornwall, it was totally packed last weekend and I can see why. Great bar team, and food to die for with gorgeous girls upstairs. We're loving it!

One Eyed Cat Bar and Restaurant – TruroI would love to come and visit Mill House Inn again, as the food was absolutely wonderful and the service and ambience had great potential, unfortunately our visit was interrupted by a band that were setting up for the evening and insisted on sound checking throughout our meal!!! Not great, as we were there on a specail occasion! But I would love to visit again, as I said... THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC.
Mill House Inn – TintagelLife's A Beach has the most friendly staff, the cleanest restaurant and the most amazing ambience. The staff will go all out to ensure a totally enjoyable evening. As for the food - AMAZING. This is a fish lovers restaurant with chefs that really know how to cook fish. The variety is superb and quality is faultless. Worth every penny.....
Lifes a Beach – Budehad a great night . the food was great . went two nights running . all good food with a mexican feel the chill burger was great and very very filling . stopped at the victoria hotel next door , so got 10% off which was even better .
Senor Dicks – NewquayI was surprised how busy it was considering it was cold and raining and February. Food fantastic and the bar was great too. Went for a pub crawl after our meal but quickly realised the whole of truro were in one eyed cat! would definitely visit again and am telling all my friends.
One Eyed Cat Bar and Restaurant – TruroWhat a brilliant place! Lovely food and a great atmosphere with superb service too. They even had a live musician playing guitar. We will certainly be coming back.
Mex The – St IvesI love this place so much; I go at least twice every time i visit St Ives. In fact the choc pud in an espresso cup is the THE best choc pud in the WORLD!! They also serve Mead! Wow, I can recommend it. 1litre between myself and a friend, lets say the amusement arcade will never feel quite the same again!!
Peppers Pasta and Pizzeria – St IvesI would recommend this intimate restaurant fantastic attention to detail.. wonderful food plentiful portions..
Mawgans – Looegreat food, well kept local ales, friendly helpful staff, can't wait 'till i next visit the area
Lamb and Flag Inn – St IvesAbsolutely loved it! Will be going again. Everyone for so friendly and even though there were only two of us, when there were bigger parties staying, we were so well looked after. Food was amazing. Decided to eat in the first night - it was so delicious, we booked in for the next night, too!
Nansloe Manor – HelstonWe had lunch in the garden in July 2006. Although we chose simple fayer, it was of high quality and served by a beautiful intelligent young lady who originated from either Australia or New Zealand. We will return again this summer for the food of course!!
Juliets Garden Restaurant – Scilly IslesHad our second lunch here last week, both visits have been impressive. Last week my massive hunk of cod, pan fried with a tangy sauce and wedge of lemon was served with crisp fine beans and a light dauphanoise, excellent. Go and discover this place, a great addition to Truros eateries.
Bustophers Bar and Bistro – TruroThe best Balti in Falmouth by far. The decor is a bit dated, but the service and food more than compensates for this and the atmosphere is damn good too. Would recommend trying some of the Chef's specials: Chicken Shaslik, Gorkhali Chicken are both good and my own personal benchmark, the Chicken Tikka Masala was better than the others I have had in Cornwall. Beer is a bit pricey at £4 a bottle, but when you can get 2 courses and a couple of beers for about £30-£35 you can't complain. If you live in Falmouth, they will also do take-away. Long live Balti Curries.
Balti Curries – FalmouthThe ambience of the place is exceptional. Whether your looking for al carte or simplefare, you'll find your thrill. Don't expect fast food, it's quality, as is the atmosphere. A very warm welcome if you stay in the surf lodge or the hotel. So great, i stayed longer than planned!!
Whitesands Hotel and Seafood Restaurant – PenzanceThe Meadery is a real family restaurant with good honest food and lovely staff. The mead wine certainly blows away the cobwebs. If you want a good filling meal in a relaxed atmosphere i strongly suggest a visit.
Waterside Meadery – PenzanceThis is a pricey pub, but well worth paying for. The setting is particularly good. Directly outside is the beach - with a good sized patio to drink on, which is very welcoming on a hot summers day with the sea breeze. The inside of the pub is very traditionally decorated, with a real wood fir which was most inviting during my cold November visit to Cornwall a few years back! A must try for any pub goer!
Rashleigh Inn – FoweyThis is a very nice pub with a relaxed atmosphere. I visit Par every year with friends and have been doing for the last 6 years. We regularly walk past 2 or 3 other pubs to get to this one, such is the Quality of the place. Very traditional old building with low ceilings (sometimes a problem for tall people like me) but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food is cooked to very high standard, we did wait a while but then again there were 7 meals to prepare, but again, all food was hot and cooked well. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Par area.
Ship Inn, The – FoweyI would like to highly recommend THE BAKEHOUSE Restaurant in Penzance. The food, ambience and service are all superb and I think that this establishment deserves a wide recognition.
