We had lunch here recently whilst visiting Lanhydrock, we were very impressed with the quality of both the chicken ceasar salad and the sausage and mash, very good sausages. will return

Crown Inn – BodminTry the new Thai chicken pasty, excellent, spicy. Good coffee too.
Presto – St IvesI have eaten here a couple of times now and I like it very much, the style of food is different from all the other restaurants in Town and I like that, the menus are on blackboards and change every day, the wine list is organic and I love the Rioja.
St Andrews Street Bistro – St IvesJust what st ives needed, a breath of fresh air, totally unpretentious, great atmosphere, kind of like a gastro pub but in a restaurant, buzzing, bohemian and absolutely great.
St Andrews Street Bistro – St IvesWe stayed here recently and were very impressed by what they are doing here. The room was comfortable and spacious, but it was breakfast that really blew us away! I have never seen such a broad selection of fresh food on offer there were exotic fruits some I had never seen before like Dragon fruit, all laid out ice cold and sliced, it had something for everyone, when the cooked breakfast arrived it was huge and the quality of the ingredients fantastic, proper bacon and sausage, fab, we enjoyed it so much we took some friends just for the breakfast at a later date, then walked over to the mount. Highly recommended
Godolphin Arms – MarazionA fantastic dining experience, well sourced quality local produce presented in artistic mouthwatering dishes! Can't wait until my return visit in october.
Waterloo Restaurant – BoscastleNice location and food reasonable, thought the wine was somewhat overpriced
Pucellis – PadstowExcellent meal in lovely surroundings. Well worth getting away from the hustle and bustle of the quayside. Very informative and good selection. Can't comment on the desserts but v. impressed all round
Garrack Restaurant – St IvesGreat food and a fabulous view of the harbour. Service OK but not quite so good as the cooking.
Alba – St Iveson recommendations we dined here last week and it was first class, especially a big thank you to the chef Jammie for such outstanding dishes which we had the opportunity to sample. Cant state more than this, first class you must go there!
Alfresco – St IvesExcellent family orientated menu selection including daily specials, outstanding food quality in a peaceful marina setting. Great for a relaxing drink too.
Castaways Wine and Tapas Bar – FalmouthWe were very impressed by a recent visit here, cool bar downstairs with a great range of drinks. The upstairs restaurant has a great feel to it with plenty of space, stylish decor that features original large tourism posters from the 40s and 50s and a buzzy atmosphere. The service was excellent; there is a Lobster tank, which proves that they sell a lot of them and a good varied menu with plenty of fish. We had grilled squid and chorizo salad and a lovely butternut squash and red pepper soup to start followed by sea bass fillets on crushed potatoes and a rather large T-bone steak with frits perfect. The wine list was comprehensive and offered good value, the view excellent. We walked away feeling that our expectations were well and truly exceeded and we definitely return and tell our friends. Spot on!
Mariners Restaurant – WadebridgeWent to this locally known takeaway in Holm bush St Austell and was really nice food, they have a very wide menu and a good vegetarian menu aswell. Staff were friendly. never tasted fish and chips like this before 10 out of 10 to the young lad cooking at Holm bush fish bar
Holmbush Fish Bar – St AustellThis is the best food I've had in Cornwall and can compete with any of London's top restaurants. Also one of the best views in Cornwall. The menu is creative, with impeccable quality and attention to detail. Staff are polished and attentive. Although quite pricey, its still represents good value relative to the standard of cuisine. This is the real deal.
Driftwood Hotel – TruroGreat location with sea views. Food was good quality. The staff need to be improved. Not very attentive at times and a bit robotic. Price is not cheap, but nor should it be. Its well worth a visit.
Quarterdeck Restaurant @ The Nare Hotel – TruroThis was the best meal we had in Cornwall. Mussels to start, monkfish with crab cake to die for. Staff very friendly and would highly recommend you try this restaurant.
Wreckers – St AustellHad a great lunch out on the terrace and went back a few days later for dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Nice menu and good choice of food - great views. Staff young and friendly. Good place to relax and enjoy beer and food!
Mariners Restaurant – WadebridgeI have eaten at the Manor house 4 times while on holiday and each time i have enjoyed the meal! The steak and ale pie is the best!!!
