Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWhat meal? You cancelled my meal booking and you cancelled my hotel reservation for our 40th wedding anniversary. Then you send a reminder for the booking and now want a review?!? What planet are you on.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamHad a superb meal here, food was lovely and staff and servce spot on, my only complaint was that we were cold, no heating and windows open, will come back in the summer, had to go up the road to another venue for a tia maria coffee to thaw out.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthA fabulous meal, beautifully presented, exquisite attention to detail and flavour and great service.
Robert Bryant at Maiden Arch – BarnstapleLovely cantina style venue right on the Hoe, with spectacular views out to sea. Friendly service and delicious food- really enjoyed. My only criticism would be the background music which was a bit loud and sounded dreadful. It wouldn’t stop us coming back though as it’s such a unique place.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthAlways a pleasure to eat Robert's food. Imaginative dishes with intense flavours, beautifully presented. We were looked after nicely by the staff too.

Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWhat a wonderful hidden gem. I almost don't want to write this review in case too many people discover the place. But, here goes anyway. The food was superb. The combinations of flavours, textures and pure visual appeal were excellent. I can't recommend it highly enough. We had the wine flight too served to us by the wonderful 'Bob' an in joke you will understand when you've been there. I have been fortunate to eat in some wonderful places around the world and I can happily tell you this rates up there with some of the best. I realise that many are tightening their belts these days but this is an extravagance worthy of the word.
Robert Bryant at Maiden Arch – Barnstaplewe were a big table, 10 of us and the staff were lovely! lots of food, very tasty and the drinks were good too! only thing is we felt a bit rushed with the food there was barely any room on the table and more was being brought out! but other than that’s would 100% recommend and will go again!
