Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthFood was terrible... had to give back the sea food platter as it wasn't cooked and Mrs was pregnant ... was allowed to order something else. Ordered the hake which came pink inside ... worst lasagne I've probably ever tasted ....
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamWe stayed at quayside hotel and decided to have dinner in the restaurant. Fantastic meal, wine and a great service. Attentive staff and all very knowledgable of wines and also advice on where and what to see. Thank you to everyone
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamWe had a meal on Mon & Tues evening of the 26th & 27th July which we enjoyed very much, especially the Black bream it was cooked to perfection. If we ever come back to stay at the Quayside Hotel, we would definitely recommend the restaurant as the happy, friendly staff during the COVID restrictions, the quality of the food, price a wee bit expensive, but to expect your food to be exceptionally good and satisfying it was well worth it. Thankyou.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamGreat food, great service from all especially the lady who I think is the owner. Couldn’t fault it and an unbelievable view. Highly recommend
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthLovely food, location. Definitely recommended
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthVery nice food, beautiful scenery looking over the water and good value for money for the amount of dishes we were able to try. Very helpful staff, Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially the chorizo.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthSecond visit here and just like last year found the restaurant unbearably hot!!!! I appreciate that it was a particularly hot day but was surprised to see still no ventilation as no windows were open and not even a fan circulating. In these covid times I thought that ventilation was a must in indoor venues? Meal was spoilt by the fact that we could not wait to finish and get back in the fresh air!!!! Very disappointed and an issue which could be solved so easily!!!!!
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamFriendly staff, great food, stunning location, we were lucky to able to sit in the sunshine & enjoy the food & wine!
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthAmazing location, the food was good and the staff were all great. We will definitely go again.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthCame here for my post-graduation meal and wasn't disappointed. Every dish was delicious and the service was very friendly. Sat on the balcony overlooking the sea at sunset, was everything I hoped for. 3 of us ordered 7 dishes to share plus dessert and came to £75 which seemed a *bit* steep but the venue made up for it
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthA lovely meal with friendly service. Enjoyed tapas after a hot busy weekend watching sailing in Plymouth. A good informal setting overlooking the sound would recommend.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthGreat atmosphere, we were there for the weekly quiz. The food was of a very high standard, cooked with fresh ingredients, at a reasonable price. If you in Brixham definitely book up for the restaurant.
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamThe food was delicious however the meal was ruined by the fact we had to sit in a winter jackets! The restaurant was colder inside than out and yet downstairs the windows were closed and the temperature was ambient. No staff offered a reason fornthe cold temperature drspite being asked or made any effort to close windows despite the shivering! It ruined what would have been a lovely birthday meal, as you can imagine we did not stick around for desert or an extra drink!
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthLovely location, friendly excellent service and delicious food. What more do you need? Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here and would totally recommend.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWe had a table for 4 over a lunchtime and ordered 9 tapas between us could have done with a little more, however food was really nice. They have an extensive wine list but the available beers seemed limited and not written in the menu. The service was adaquate but change over of staff meant we had a delay in the bill being paid .There are a lot of steps to get down which could be a struggle for some buy the veiws were fab and will definitely return.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWe ate twice in the hotel during our stay and both occasions the food was good and very attentive service
Quayside Restaurant – BrixhamMet up with our eldest son who lives in Plymouth, who we hadn't seen since Christmas Lovely place, great views even during a torrential rainstorm! The staff were excellent but our wonderful waitress, Taya, was amazing, such a lovely person. Food was epic and I loved my Mocktail. Great value for money. Can't wait to return
