i love the imaginative, delicious food at Greens but, as a vegetarian of 17 years, was disappointed on my last visit to find Boddingtons and Guinness within the food recipes, neither of which are suitable for vegetarians due to the use of animal products in the production process. I know that the owner isn't vegetarian but would appeal to him to ensure that all ingredients used in the restaurant have been confirmed to be suitable for vegetarians. It is difficult enough being 'truly' vegetarian eating out generally and it would surely enhance the appeal of the place if vegetarians could rest assured that they were eating a cruelty-free meal!
