Great value lunch , with excellent food and service. Well worth a visit.

The staff were excellent ad the food was delcious . I do not normally clear my plate but I did that day . We are regular visitors

Visited today with friend. Excellent choice and value. A 3 course meal was enjoyed by us both. Definitely be back.

Came back to the Ravelston House Hotel for the second time for lunch on Monday 17th. I ordered the Fish & Chips and my partner had the Mac & Cheese both were absolutely delicious. The staff were very polite & friendly and we'll be back again.

Got to say it was the worst meal the 4 of us had. Presentation of food poor, service between courses very slow and the vegetables were hard. Pretty disappointed. Could be the ship inn for us next time.

I have been to The Ravelston quite a few times now. Have always found the food, service and staff are always excellent. I had lentil soup followed by sausage and mash, both delicious. The set lunch and dinner is excellent value for money too. Look forward to returning to The Ravelston for a meal in the very near future. Thank you.

What a great night we had in Sunday for a meal. Lovely table by the window. Prompt and efficient service. Great food (esp the sticky toffee pudding) and drinks. Finished off with a cocktail each. Will deffo be back soon

We had the small private dining room which was perfect. The food was amazing and staff were so attentive. Thank you for a great night.

We didn’t get to order any food because we were told your kitchen was closed…..at 7.30pm! Not great, and with a full bar and nowhere for my 87 year old mother in law we left.

Delicious food and friendly staff, always enjoy my visits to the Ravelston House. Visited on Sunday and seen to have removed all the chicken options from the menu, no chicken burger or chicken enchilada :( They were my favourite! It could just be a Sunday menu but I got the mac and cheese instead and it was *chefs kiss* delicious!

My friend and I went for lunch, food was delicious, the service was friendly and attentive we had a laugh with all the staff from the bar to the restaurant. Relaxed friendly atmosphere will be back very soon, loved it !

Went for a meal on Saturday 11th May 2024. Staff as always were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the food was quite below par for our visit this time. The Balmoral chicken tasted nice but chicken was overcooked and very dry. Haggis bon bon starter was only lukewarm and sauce was congealed. My son's kids meal chips had been left in the fryer too long and were dark brown. Chicken Jalfrezi was overly tomato based, chicken was dry and there was a layer of oil on the sauce. We usually always enjoy the food when visiting, so hoping it was perhaps just an off day. Not sure if would return for food, but venue itself is lovely for a drink and the staff are always wonderful.

In for breakfast again and always food is great and service even better.
