My husband and I ate at the relocated Plumed Horse, never having made it down to the original in Dumfries & Galloway. Now we see what all the fuss is about! The service is very professional yet restrained and friendly at the same time. The decor is pleasant, with lots of light from the large windows. The food is absolutely first rate, amongst the best I've ever eaten anywhere, ever! The scallops are so fresh they must have been alive that morning, as was the accompanying Sea Bass. A canneloni of Raspberries has to be eaten to be believed! A welocme addition to the rising culinary hotspot of Leith. Highly recommended on all fronts.
