The Bank Bar and Grill – BlackpoolWe've had Go Greek's takeaway food before and its always been lovely, but tonight was the first time eating in the restaurant. Its the same food, the same quality. We weren't disappointed at all. Its some of the best local food you can find and definitely the best Greek by far. Three courses we couldn't fault, two lagers, a really good bottle of wine, a cute place with a very pleasant host and a Greek chef that really knows how to cook - £40 each. We'll be back to try more of the menu.
Go Greek – BlackpoolThe revue of the Old Trough Tearooms is nonsense. I am the owner and only ever sit with any friends who visit or anyone who is seeking information. We flatly refuse to disturb other customers when people are talking to us by standing close to the relevant table. The food is all freshly made - remember probing examinations are made of all aspects of such establishments. It is noticeable that these people said nothing at the time. If they had, the complaint would have been entered in our copy of the Borough Council's ledger and would have included their name and address. They obviously prefer secrecy.
Old Trough Organic Tea Rooms, The – Knott End-On-SeaGood Atmosphere, very nice décor, helpful friendly and polite staff. Both food and drinks menu have a good selection to choose from. The food was well prepared and presented and very tasty. Good value for money. I would Highly recommend that you pay this venue a visit as you will not be disappointed.
The Bank Bar and Grill – BlackpoolHI Just a quick thank you for welcoming us into your Bar during the punk festival. Myself ,wife and several friends sat outside on the Sunday evening. Great staff and management, great service. Cya next year :)
The Bank Bar and Grill – BlackpoolVisited twice during our stay and all I can say is that it was outstanding. The food along with the service was second to none. I had the best fillet steak ever here, it was perfect. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to anybody visiting Blackpool and we will be back!
The Bank Bar and Grill – BlackpoolEarly doors Indian at around 5.30pm. Friendly staff and tasty food. What more do you need?
Blue Diamond – BlackpoolCalled here Wed 18 June with Wife and grandchild. The place has a lovely walk through woods. That's where the magic ends. The food we ordered was not nice at all the Apple pie was stale the custard Luke warm and weird, the egg custard must have been on the shelf for a month.but worst of all the male owner sat down at our table uninvited and talked at us until we left. I shall not return. I must add the owners were well in their eighties. Time to give it up and retire.
Old Trough Organic Tea Rooms, The – Knott End-On-SeaHad 2meals from lunch menu, fish was supposed to be catch of the day...not good at all...even the chips were terrible... don't think we would be going back anytime soon.
The Eagle at Weeton – KirkhamVisited with my wife for lunch after hearing good things, wasnt disappointed. I had the Italian melt panini, my wife had the Nuvo club sandwich. They came with a serving of tomato soup, we had a side order of homemade chips. The food was excellent, good quality and freshly made. Staff were freindly and helpful and quick. Will definitely return, will try breakfast next time
Nuvo – Poulton-Le-FyldeVisited today with my sister. Lovely food ,staff very pleasant and the soup was a good hit with us. Thank you
Shambles – LythamLovely staff and great quality food. Easy to find. Do a fabulous special fried rice!
Seasons Chinese Takeaway – LythamFirstly they over charged my family over 20%, when we questioned them they not only made us feel terrible and they actually started shouting, even after they realised that they over charged me and my family they told me that because we had paid for it they couldn’t do anything, even though my father in-law questioned the price before paying but was made to feel dumb. As you can imagine we was very dissapointed at this but we didn’t want to let them spoil our night as we was celebrating England’s football win, unfortunately no matter how much we tried to enjoy the food it was never going to happen, the meat was tougher than rambos leather boots, the sauces were just water with a sprinkle of what I can only assume to be coriander, though your guess is as good as mine and everything had the distinct taste of frozen. I just hope I have saved some family's what we went through tonight.
Indian Orchard – BisphamJust wanted to say thanks very much for the providing the children s lunch on Tuesday they really enjoyed it.
Cafe On The Pier – St. Annes-On-SeaIf only I could give no stars or negative stars. We went 10 mins before closing unaware about the fact they were closing so we asked if we could take away fish and chips but no one answered then asked again and a girl taking orders said yes and would not reply to any other question until asked twice. They were being really RACIST and were pretending to not understand us. WHEN ASKED FOR KETCHUP THREE TIMES THEY PRETEND NOT TO UNDERSTAND AND WHEN ASKED FOR PAPER NAPKINS THEY GAVE US TWO NAPKINS AND LOOKED AT ME AS I ASKED FOR SOMETHING THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I HOPE THEY CAN CHANGE THIS ATTITUDE SO NO ONE ELSE HAVE TO GO THRU THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS US
Ferry Cafe, The – FleetwoodBrilliant place to stay. Have visited since 2011
Ashfield Guest House – Isle of ManHad a good pizza here the other night but avoid the Montepulciano D’Abruzzo red wine at all costs. It’s the cheapest on the list and there’s a reason for that!
