Truffles Restaurant – BlackpoolSpago looks fab. Upmarket and sophisticated vibe. Food presented very well and tasted as good. Service very shoddy, bordering on rude. Amazed I had to get out of the way of the waiters and manager , rather than the other way round. Happened twice and that's a first in all the years I have been eating in restaurants. No thanks either.
Spago Lytham – LythamFirst time at Nunzio’s and was suitably impressed. To be honest, we rarely venture into Blackpool but having dined here last weekend we may make the effort a bit more. We didn’t book and so it took a while to get a table but that wasn’t a problem as it was nice to have a drink and enjoy the buzzy atmosphere. Food was good, the waiting staff very friendly and I had a great coffee at the end of the meal along with some complimentary shots from the owner which was a nice touch.
Pop in for some good real ale most friday evenings. Always new options and they are well looked after. Heard the food is god too.
Shovels, The – BlackpoolSimply the best fish and chip restaurant in Blackpool! A warm welcome in all weathers, friendly service is always with a smile, the food is of excellent quality and not the standard bland that you can get from chippies nowadays, what more do we want for traditional fish and chip fridays???
Yorkshire Fisheries – BlackpoolVisited your restaurant last night for the first time the food was absolutely fantastic. However we waited for an hour before any food came, which isn't good enough. But the food was that good it will not put me off coming again. Thanks.
Thai by Night – Poulton-Le-FyldeA great buffet and also had some lovely breakfast. Great quality and they even deliver! Certainly would recommend.
Mamas Kitchen – BlackpoolHad a great meal in salt over the weekend. Food amazing. Service was good. Will be sure to go back!
Salt Bar & Kitchen – Isle of ManWe have been twice recently. The first time I had the mixed grill that was truly huge! The second time 8 of us went for my birthday and that the 2 4 1 midweek deal. Excellent value as it was £68 for all of us excluding drinks! Well done to the Eagle and Child Weeton and for Sugarvine for showing us the deal!
The Eagle at Weeton – KirkhamUp to present we have eaten here seventeen times and every visit is as good as the rest, EXCELLENT!
Fish Luvs Chips – Thornton-CleveleysAbsolutely amazing when I went in the shop was very busy but the lady dealt with it very well and she still had time to stop and smile and talk to me. I bought a tuna salad and it was absolutely amazing. I loved it wish you did delivery, I'd be buying from you all the time, and it's so cheap £2.20 for a salad box and a wrap :) so so nice.
Nosh Sandwich Shop – BlackpoolLooking for inspiration on Sugarvine and found the Drunk Buffalo. Well into my burgers and meat and didnt know we had a place like this round here. It's cool and the food was excellent. Others I have spoken to since said it's not as good when it's busy but I didnt find that.
Drunk Buffalo Club – LythamHad a great lunch yesterday at Anatolia in St Annes. Food was delicious and filling.
Anatolia – St. Annes-On-SeaAll in all a very good lunch at the lytham Kitchen. Downstairs was full sadly so we had to sit in the very hot upstairs part of the restaurant. My egg pasta bolognese and my wifes chilli were spot on. Service was good, particulalry from who we assumed was the owner. She checked we were ok and gave our sone some crayons to doodle with. Eton Mess to follow rounded the meal off well. Just the chips were a bit hard. Love the floor to ceiling windows on bothe floors.
The Lytham Kitchen – LythamI have now dined here multiple times and each time I am pleasantly surprised to the quality of the meal. I do recommend the freshly cooked pizzas they are absolutely divine.
Three Knott End – Knott End-On-SeaVery pleasant meal at the weekend at Nunzios and extremely good service as usual! Jason
Enjoyed our ham, egg and chips in the sun outside the Beach Terrace Cafe. We were in St Annes for the Kite festival and used Sugarvine to find somewhere to eat out as we use it at home. There was a half hour wait for our food. To be fair though, they told us that before we placed the order and it was very busy! Not cheap but good.
Beach Terrace – St. Annes-On-SeaOur first time here having heard from friends that it was worth a visit. Indeed it was! The food was first class as was the service. The staff were delightful, attentive, approachable and friendly. We had the opportunity to thank the chef, Caroline, personally and saw in her a passion for cooking and creating fresh delicious dishes (including her superb rhubarb crumble with a twist!) There is a partial change of menu every month although she does retain certain dishes which are long term favourites of the Dahlia Kitchen followers. Thank you all for giving us one the most enjoyable informal dining evenings in a long time.
