This is my second visit to the tearoom at Lytham Hall. The food again was excellent, very reasonably priced, beautifully presented, and all in delightful surroundings. The service from your volunteers was second to none. We followed our tea with a tour round the beautiful hall. My friends who had never been before really enjoyed the whole experience. I do not usually like Champagne as it is usually very dry. Whichever one you use is the nicest I have had and was able to drink it. The food was lovely and indulgent as Afternoon teas should be. I felt we were rushed a little with plates being g removed very quickly. Tea was replenished whjch was great. The sandwiches were a little dull, but the cakes and desserts we Re delicious. Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamWe came yesterday to visit the hall before going for our pre-booked afternoon tea. There was myself, my husband and his Mum. The staff were lovely and attentive throughout, filling our coffee cups up and refreshing my teapot when needed. We started with finger sandwiches of egg, beef, coronation chicken and cucumber and cream cheese and mini bagels with smoked salmon. Followed by warm scones with jam and cream. Lastly mini desserts of carrot cake, lemon posset, tiramisu and red Velvet cake. A lovely experience and highly recommended, thankyou to all concerned xx

Thyme – PoultonWe booked a table for 2 this last Sunday 7th July. We had no idea that Garstang was having a gala that day meaning that the whole town was busy. The staff, bless them did their best, but it still meant that the meal was took over an hour to serve. I have to say the meal was excellent (Sunday roast beef topside). We really enjoyed it, but the time it took meant we had to leave without having a sweet. But we will be back again x
