WHEN TO TOLLEYS ON FRIDAY 5TH DEC 2003 A PERFECT MEAL WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND AFTER MEAL MUSIC FROM CLIVE.
Ryecroft Hall – Poulton-Le-FyldeEXCELLENT PLACE TO EAT
Mimmo’s Italian Restaurant – Thornton-CleveleysPiping hot soup and an excellent turkey main course with all the trimmings and Christmas Pudding to follow completed this seasonal meal. A very good night altogether with the 41 Club
Ryecroft Hall – Poulton-Le-FyldeA great, old fashioned English pub, with great old fashioned prices. I had a lasagne with garlic bread and a pint of bitter for under a fiver, which cant be bad!.
The Victoria – St. Annes-On-SeaThe Red Lion was very nice and pleasant to eat a meal. the food was lovely althought eh servise was a little slow.
Red Lion Beefeater Restaurant and Pub – BisphamFor my girlfriends 30th birthday we hired Banthai for the night. They layed on a sumptuous hot Thai buffet and plenty of it. The staff at Banthai were extremely friendly as well as being very effecient. They even took it in their stride when everyone turned up dressed as OAP's. Good work Banthai and thanks for a great night!
Banthai – St. Annes-On-SeaWe dinned at the Clifton Arms for a family celebration knowing that the restaurant offers a top notch dining experience for the Fylde. We were not disappointed. The service was very attentive as you'd expect from a four star hotel even though the staff were young. Everyone really enjoyed their three course meal which came in at £26 per head, whic although not cheap was worth it. I was particularly impressed with the wines, as well as the normal list they had a fine wine room. We plumbed for a fine Magnum of Rioja which was a reasonable £35. All in all good work!
Clifton Arms Hotel – Lythamvery good very impressed
Old Carr Farm Cafe – Knott End-On-SeaA good fun night out. Food ( the west coast does a superb burger!), is averagely priced. Beer is expensive though and spirits more so. The Club Above (upstairs from the restaurant!!) can have a superb atmosphere, depending on the night. Its open until 2, has the best live bands around, and there is very seldom any trouble!
West Coast Rock Cafe – BlackpoolExcellent spanish dishes. A very busy place with many regular customers.Only open during the day which is the only drawback. Pablo & his staff are extremely welcoming
Pablo Martin Cafe – FleetwoodThe soup with Sorrel was excellent and the duck was very tasty and also a good variety of sweets. Agood evening was had by all
Greens Bistro – St. Annes-On-Seathis shop is now under new management ,its allways busy nowadays, the foods great. im sure it will become the best in blackpool good luck to the new owners
Preston Old Road Chippy – BlackpoolNice and friendly restaurant.
Bombay Restaurant – BlackpoolThe best Chinese / Canton takeaway in the area. I've been a customer for six years and never once have I had any reason to complain, I've tried other local restaurants for a bit of variety, but every time I end up going back to Tak Ming. The open kitchen let's you see the high standards of cleanliness, you hardly ever have to wait very long for your food, and it's always delicious.
Tak Ming Canton Kitchen – St. Annes-On-Seawe travelled from Bolton to Garstang market, and this cafe was very busy and served us a first class meal that i would not really class as cafe type food. yet the price did not reflect the meals we ate.My husband ate a lovely Breakfast and i ordered the lasagne, which arrived with a crisp salad and chips. we did not even have long to wait and the owner only charged for one drink.. lovely setting and nice food , we will definitely reccoment this cafe as a place to try. we will be back on future trips to the town.

The Coffee Pot – GarstangAs with its sister restaurant the LeRaj, Saffron is an outstanding dinning experience. Saffron is a very tasteful and modern Indian restaurant located in the hart of Poulton, what better way to start or finish your night out than with probably the finest food you will find in Poulton, with exellent sevice and atmosphere included in the very reasonable price.
Saffron – Poulton-Le-FyldeLe Raj is by far the best Indian restaurant on the fylde. Shah the manager is always friendy as with the rest of the staff. The food is first class and the price is inexpensive. This place is a must for all curry lovers out there.
