My daughter bought me a gift voucher for my birthday to have afternoon tea at Lytham hall it was absolutely lovely the food was delicious and the staff were so nice and friendly wish I’d took the tour will do definitely next time
Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium at Lytham Hall – LythamThe food was good for pub grub, but okay as American food goes. We found there were no potatoe tots but sliced potatoes instead which we weren't told about. We also found the brisket to lack favour in the meat itself, and smothered in BBQ sauce. The pork belly bites were also smothered in the same sauce so it lacked the variety of flavour. Also when they say it comes with corn on the cob, you only get half. The photos of the meat look better than they taste. It's certainly no match to Hickorys. Clearly the venue is a work in progress so maybe in time it will improve.

Log fire burning, tables beautifully set with white cloths China and silverware. Tea is presented on a 3 tier stand very elegant, and described with humour by Simon. This is a lovely elegant tea. Small delicious sandwiches, warm apple crumble, warm scones delivered when you are ready for them. A selection of lovely cakes and desserts. Ample tea and coffee served also. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you all so much.

The setting is great just lacking in background music as we could hear other peoples conversations. Service initially a little slow but it was only a minor teething problem with a new business. Staff were friendly and we will certainly visit again and recommend to others.
